1.環境：位處於羅東夜市附近，觀光購物非常方便。
2.設備：有提供桶裝式RO水提供飲用。
3.設施：浴廁的玻璃是磨砂材質，水蒸氣籠罩後蠻透明的，如果是朋友出遊有點害羞，建議外面加裝窗簾。
4.有提供冰箱：如果要買奶凍蠻方便的。
5.入口：在修眉店隔壁的小鐵門裡，比較不顯眼，要仔細找一下。

位於宜蘭市中心，交通出行方便，房間沒有想像中的大，房間冷氣也沒有很冷，但確實蠻便宜的，三個人住還算ok

裡面的燈光不算特別亮，隔音有點可惜，會聽到隔壁模糊的聲音，浴室的玻璃會有點點透明喔～入住前要和老闆詢問一下，住處的位置比較特別，在下方的箭頭處。

交通方便，就在羅東火車站附近，房間很乾淨，雖是民宿，但該有的都有了，還有冷熱飲水機，價錢很划算，下次去宜蘭還會考慮再去住。
