圖實不符，態度極差。原本訂了一間帶窗户大床房，計劃有變就又訂了前一天的無窗房（本訂單）。到店後該無窗房有明顯味道，床至多一米二，十多分鐘放出的水温不超過四十度。但我覺得本來也是臨時湊活一晚，第二天都會好。第二天我中午十二點退了房，下午一點半時再次返回酒店要求履行第二單的有窗房，被告知衹有昨晚的這間，店家原話“你能住就住不住算了，你的房費我也不是全到手，找攜程也沒用”。平台反覆溝通，期間我一直在旁，店家對待平台反覆強調無窗房配床1.8米寬，無法入住的原因是客滿。直到訂單約定的下午兩點仍無法善了。我不理解，本月15日訂單已經建立，難道所有房間客人一住就是十多天竟沒有一人退房？我感謝平台為我調換了酒店，也感謝平台客服專業細緻的處理過程，如果可以我連這一分都不想給打，因為店家你不配，誠如店家向平台説“我開店十多年沒遇到你們這樣的客服”。天下這麼多酒店，旅途相遇既是緣分，店家如此作態，直令人作嘔。江湖再見，再也不見。
