I booked this room because it had a mahjong table, which would be convenient for a family to play mahjong together. However, when I asked the front desk for the mahjong table's power cord, they wanted an extra 100 yuan! This is unheard of! Of all the hotels and apartments I've booked, this is the first one to charge me this fee. The mahjong table was already in the room, but no power cord was provided; they wanted 100 yuan for it!! And there was no mention of the extra charge when I booked the room. I'm warning other hotel guests. I will report this to 12345 (the customer service hotline) about why the price wasn't listed and why there was an extra charge!

The room facilities were old and smelly, the door lock was faulty, and the security was poor. The room was terribly dilapidated! The town was so desolate. The hot spring was absolutely rubbish! It was freezing cold in winter because it wasn't heated. Soaking in the cold outdoor water left you feeling like you were in ice water!

The hotel is located within the scenic area, and it gets quite crowded during holidays. We stayed in an apartment building, while our friend stayed in a hotel room, which was a bit far, requiring us to walk through a noisy food street and was difficult to find. Apparently, the hotel room's decor and facilities are quite old. The apartment building is newer and even has a private hot spring pool and stove. All the facilities in the room were relatively new, but the quality was poor, especially the spring mattress – it was an experience unlike anything I'd ever had before; I could truly feel the springs lying on them, and I didn't sleep well all night. The funniest thing was the price list for damaged furniture, giving off a vibe of a cheap 80s/90s hotel, still existing in Guangdong Province in 2024. My child broke a glass, and I proactively paid 15 yuan to compensate, since the price was clearly stated. However, given this lack of thoughtfulness and attention to detail, I wouldn't recommend the scenic area or hotel to my friends.

First time staying here, very satisfied, good service attitude, large room, nice view, convenient for eating and drinking, especially the Ito hot spring water is very authentic and smooth! Worth coming again! Recommended!

There was the sound of trains outside the window, and the heating in the room was so hot that it couldn't be adjusted. The bed was hard. The hot spring room means that there is a bathtub in the room to put hot spring water, not a hot spring pool. In addition, the public hot spring pools are relatively small. Only a large hot spring pool is open at night, like a swimming pool, and other small ones are not open. Our order was to check in after 2 o'clock, but we arrived at the store after 3 o'clock. The front desk staff said it was not available yet and it would take more than half an hour. I asked, isn't it after 2 o'clock? You can't hand over the room to me on time, but you want me to check out on time the next day? Then the front desk said that it's always like this, and then said that they have no problem... Is this the kind of service awareness? ? ?

Very satisfied! The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good! She was also very considerate and answered many questions with great patience. It avoided the crowds and was very quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean and tidy, and the surrounding area was also great. You can take a boat trip and visit the old street shops. Commercialization is inevitable. Overall very satisfied! The hot spring is really super comfortable!
