Filthy carpets very smelly breakfast no fresh coffee no fresh vegetables and almost no fresh fruit. Bed hard and the shower has very pow pressure. No one speak any english at all. Get ready to use your phone translator for everything this should be a 4 star hotel but it is not more than a local chinese two star hotel
If possible stay away.

Nice hotel with a grandeur entrance. The staff was amazingly helpfull.
As the building is old the upper floors shower took 15 min to get hot water, what is really a waste, but after that it was good.
The hotsprings just beside the hotel are quite old, and the “maintenance” concept doesn’t seam to exist. Whatever still works… works the rest don’t. Still we had a good time, but be aware it might be a deception if you are not at ease with half the things not working

應該是沂水最好的賓館了。酒店院落本身就是一個花園。沒想到這個小縣城，還有這樣講究的花園式酒店。房間中規中矩，乾淨大方。窗户可以打開通風，有紗窗。房間一些細節也不錯。早餐中式，炒菜豐富，有10幾種。就是320元一晚的價格，在沂水縣，也是比較高的哦。贈送了早餐和温泉，性價比也可以了。

不愧為是四星級酒店，環境優雅美麗，房間設施高大上，前台服務熱情，温泉泡池功能齊全，服務人員多次提醒注意安全，孩子們更喜歡，早餐很豐富，超大的停車場，衞生很給力，交通更便利，距離周邊景區都不遠，一次不錯的旅行，下次住宿東方瑞海是首選[強][強][強]

酒店挺大，含有早餐，早餐味道也很不錯，種類也挺多，後邊還有個小花園，吃完飯可以溜達溜達消化食，房間挺乾淨，東西一應俱全，晚餐可以在酒店吃，吃完可以去泡温泉，非常不錯的一次旅程如果有機會再來還住東方瑞海

滿意滿意超級滿意，因為航班臨時取消，對下面的行程產生影響，抱着試試的態度提前給店家打電話諮詢交通問題，後來才知道接電話的是年輕的老闆娘，態度極其温暖，幫我推薦了靠譜的司機師傅，解決了我們的行程問題，入住後發現十分超值，可以説是整個鎮子上最有感覺的酒店了，外觀看彷彿一個小小的景點，房間乾淨明亮，設計的非常合理，晚上提前給我聯繫，問幾點回來，提前給打開空調，為了讓我們回去能涼快一些，店家媽媽也很健談爽快，妥妥的北京母女倆，很滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦給朋友，共享

房間挺大，設施挺好，床上用品舒適。入住時前台美女還給升級了房型，退房時贈送了兩瓶礦泉水，為她們一流的服務點贊，不愧為沂水最好的酒店。早餐不錯，附近吃飯的地方較遠，不過酒店餐廳價格也可以可不比外出。有足夠的車位可停車。特此值得一提的是每天贈送兩張温泉票，泡泡温泉很爽。離附近景點也不遠，值得推薦的一家四星酒店。

早餐一般，很多涼了，但酒店環境不錯，大堂經理服務也很好，看到我們東西都拿手上趕緊拿了塑料袋給裝上。温泉也比較乾淨，特別是小童遊玩的區域像剛換過水，房間也可以，乾淨，隔音不太好。
