早餐差、管理混亂、服務差。
分別説一下。早餐問題：八點四十早餐沒牛奶，沒啥主食。管理混亂：11：20退完房，11：51再打電話問你是否續住。服務差：11：03打電話催問是否續住、退完房，11：51再來電話問是否續住。攜程商旅訂單最晚到14點退房，這早早就催有點操之過急了

唉，第一次住星程想着離商場近，進屋就一股異味，排風扇也是壞的，服務也很一般，拿很多東西沒手開門那保安站旁邊也不知道拉個門，同樣的錢還沒有漢宮和禮酒店一半好🙃

我是老顧客了，因工作原因經常來永城出差，每次固定住在星程酒店。
服務：前台的美女還有房間保潔大姐都很熱情周到。
衞生：因是老顧客酒店都知道我的習慣，衞生一直都很乾凈整潔。
設施：新裝修的房間的確很不錯，很多設施配套更全面了。👍

衞生差，入住發現保潔的手套丟桌上，就換了一間，機器人送房卡來的，刷不開房間，又等了會，出去吃飯回來行李放房間就出去吃飯，回來睡覺，發現門不能反鎖，又換了個房間

啥也不説了自己看吧。睡的床一股子味，實在是住不下去換酒店了。去住的時候晚上了也沒看環境直接開下就休息了。等第二天早洗澡看到這浴室，媽耶嚇一跳。馬桶就不説了自己看吧，坐下去***噁心。牆體起泡發黴，床單也很臟。反正不愉快的一次入住體驗。
