I made a reservation without knowing that Yoshino is famous for its 1,000 cherry blossoms, but the inn is 200 years old. I didn't feel old. The proprietress is kind and speaks very well.
The food in the morning and evening is also very delicious, and it seems that they are particular about local ingredients, even *.
After arriving, we were treated to Japanese sweets and tea in the lobby with a nice view with a fireplace, but unfortunately the tea was lukewarm and not delicious.

The ryokan is located quite far from the ropeway. Carrying your luggage and walking uphill to reach the ryokan is not that pleasant experience. Finding a taxi during the cherry blossoms season is also not easy. However, their rooms truly offer a spectacular view!

Total relaxation and we'll needed downtime. The staff at this were wonderful and welcoming. The area was beautiful, the hotel looks out onto sweeping mountain landscape. We enjoyed the indoor onsen and slept soundly in our traditional accommodations. The food was very impressive, so carefully presented and delicious. We ate breakfast and dinner here but also tried some restaurants with walking distance that did not disappoint. A remarkable experience, thank you for your hospitality.

The location is in the mountains of Yoshino, so the scenery is outstanding. Not only the cherry blossom season, but also the fresh greenery is wonderful. The view from the public bath in the evening. Dinner was delicious and the quantity was good. The next morning, after an early morning walk, the breakfast and rice were especially delicious.

Enter the room immediately after 15:00 when check-in is possible. I was exhausted from walking all the way from Yoshino Station to Okusenbon, so it was nice to be able to wash away my sweat in the public bath.
The breakfast was delicious and the sweetened boiled river fish was soft.
You can see the mountains of Yoshino from the room, so I would like to come when the cherry blossoms are in bloom.
