前台服務人員熱情接待，不厭其煩地幫我們解決了一些問題，酒店設施齊全，環境好，房間寬敞舒適，整潔乾淨，衞生間也是乾淨整潔，體驗舒適。酒店停車方便安全。地理位置離岳陽樓景區很近。酒店還贈送了三份早餐，味道不錯👍！

非常好的酒店，房間很大，乾淨衞生，前台小姐姐人很NICE，酒店位置很好，到岳陽樓3公里，滴滴看了一下，打車也就十來塊，還有地上停車場，保安大叔指揮停車，很耐心。真心推薦大家來住。

剛好碰上多年不遇的冰雨和下雪天，看着是新開業的酒店 就抱着試試的心態。酒店暖氣很足，熱水充足水量穩定，車停在酒店外面蓋了厚厚的冰雪，前台小姐姐馬上煮熱水給我們去冰，非常暖心～清潔阿姨有禮貌笑容好，這都是讓我很滿意的。樓下吃的挺多，很方便。窗户是雙層隔音。價格合理，物有所值。總體來説很不錯了

位置很方便，酒店設施設備比較新，沒有用投影點贊。電視機更方便穩定！床品比較乾淨，沒有異味。就是衞生間水略小！其他都OK。

酒店前台小妹服務很好，很親和。有地下車庫，停車方便。離岳陽樓景區也是筆直一條路，很便捷。房間温馨，特別是熱水洗澡舒服，值得推薦。下次來岳陽依然選擇康鉑酒店，希望前台小譚依然還在這裏工作。

酒店性價比很高，新裝修的門店裝修很上檔次，服務超滿意的，衞生很乾凈，wifi非常好用，速度很快；熱水的速度也很給力；房間衞生打掃得很乾凈；房間空間大，配套齊全，硬件設施也很好，空調效果很好；前台員工的服務很熱情主動，很重視客人的入住感受，非常滿意！！！
