The hotel room is great and the private onsen is nice.
The hotel staff is friendly.
However, we wanted to borrow the umbrella after check out for few hours when it was raining.
It is not allowed as the staff mentioned it’s for internal use only.

房間挺好，環境也挺好，吃的也湊活，還有私湯，衹有一個問題，略遠，車站下來走路20分鐘吧，打車可以，850。你如果要去小鎮上逛逛，要麼讓前台給你打車，要麼就用走的，走路還有上下坡，回來打車還要走到jr 站才有出租。所以除了地理位置，其餘都可以。當然，可能地理位置也OK了就不是這個價格了。

很後悔由布院溫泉二晚選擇這間旅館
衛生程度超乎想像，一入房就發現一條生蜈蚣，房間4周都有不同程度污垢，廁所位置有青苔
房間亦有不周程度破損，最離譜是室外木圍牆有一部分中間斷開，可以經由斷開位置直望室外溫泉池
池水係一般地熱水，無特別
最後服務員也真的無語，我倆帶著行李箱check in, 然後帶我哋入房經過4-5級樓梯，然後高高低低的斜路，但服務員完全不打算幫忙，之後我哋發現正門入去本身另一面有斜路，根本可以唔洗搬樓梯
房間破損等問題亦有即時反映給前台，原本話會整，最後都無整
2日中間亦無執房，亦無補充消耗品，要特意打去前台拎
重點，早晚餐非常隨便，食物完全不似正常酒店的等級，連普通餐廳都不如，第一晚點了一杯燒酒水割，第一次飲完同飲水一樣，完全無語

職員態度好，能用英語溝通。酒店有點舊，但十分整潔，有電車充電泊位。每間房間都有獨立温泉，私穩度高，空間十分大。

地點：離由布院車站有一段距離，旅館沒有提供接駁服務，坐出租車大概需要850日元，或者步行25分鐘左右。可以直接跟著Google 地圖上指示找到旅館位置，沒有出現找不到的情況。
房間：旅館有十間房屋，每一間都有户外私湯且私隱性高。雖然有一定的使用老化程度，但小房屋活動空間十分之大，分別有和室、落地大玻璃的睡房、乾濕分離的衛生間、浴缸及户外溫泉湯浴。房間另外有提供免費的浴衣、木屐及茶包。
員工：員工雖然不是太會說英語，但也是非常有耐心和熱情地招待我們。因為是一泊二食，在每次在接近用餐時間都會打房間電話提醒我們，而且會在大門等待著。
膳食：整體來說不錯，相信因季節會改變餐飲。因為我不吃生魚片，旅館貼心地另外安排我的晚餐。
