The hotel is only about a 15-minute walk from the city center. We arrived in the morning and the landlord asked us to put down our business first, which was very nice.

We were very pleasantly surprised to find this property had 2 fully stocked and equipped kitchens for guests to use - spices, saran wrap, etc. Host, Anson, was always availablle and so helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable with lots of storage. The only negative was the bathroom toilet was child's height and the sink cabinet very low.

I stay here on a regular basis as it is close to what I need as far as gas station, fast food and a coffee shop. Always very accommodating staff and a very quiet place to get a good nights rest.

This is not a hotel. It’s a house remodeled to have rooms for rent.
It has several small signs that look like for-sale signs making it difficult to find if you’re looking for a regular hotel.
You’re locked out until the “front desk“ person sitting at a dining table in the former kitchen/dining room answers the front door when you call on a phone. You’re asked to take your shoes off before you can come in to check in!
There’s a list of expected behaviors in the room. I didn’t feel welcomed. Very unconventional.
To their credit the room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

We had two nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. The whole place was very clean and modern. The main floor kitchen and living area were very comfortable.
