It's clean and hygienic. It's a good comfortable hotel in Yunxiao. The service staff are very enthusiastic and will greet you proactively. It would be better if the breakfast varieties were richer. I felt very good after staying here twice.

硬件很好，個別員工服務不佳——
昨晚上八點多睡覺時發現有蚊子，滿屋找不到電蚊香，打電話給前台，請安排人來房間幫忙找或者送一個來；約五六分鐘來了一位中年服務員，進來就説蚊香都是放在櫃子上的，她也在房間各處找了沒找到，但嘴裏一直堅持酒店一定會放好蚊香的，奇怪為什麼會不見了，我説不管怎樣，你要解決我的問題，而她的回答卻是她需要打電話請示，看有沒有備用的。整個過程中她沒有任何致歉的話，哪怕是代表酒店道歉，也沒有明確表示立即解決問題或馬上送一個電蚊香來。她離開以後，我們足足等了25分鐘，都沒有人來。我們年紀大身體不好，需要早早休息，我便在25分鐘之後又給前台打電話，説不要再來打擾我們了，蚊香我們不要了，我們要休息了。當晚我們衹好把空調開到很低矇住被子睡覺。反應這個問題，請酒店加強員工服務的培訓和管理。
