大浴場が24時間入れて、館内はとても暖かく、お手洗いも清潔に保たれていて、快適に過ごせました。洗濯機、乾燥機もあり長期滞在にも向いていると思います。新幹線を利用したのですが、駅からの送迎と、ロッヂからスキー場までの送迎をしていただけるのでとても助かりました。あれがあればいいなと思うものが、部屋に完備されていると思いました！タオルやドライヤー、三面鏡などがあり、アメニティの豊富さに感動しました。何より良かったこととして、K・Lodgeで働いている人たちの人柄の良さだと感じています。丁寧な対応はもちろん、最後には美味しいご飯屋さんを教えてもらうほど親しくしていただきました。スキー場近くのロッジの中では、かなりレベルが高いと私は感じました。次もここにお世話になりたいと思える場所だと思います！！

スキー旅行のために使用しました。 設備や対応諸々、何をとっても最高のホテルでした。ホテルからみつまたロープウェー乗り場までの送迎もして頂きました。ロープウェー乗り場から帰る際も電話をするとすぐにお迎えに来ていただけました！ スキー場とホテルの間のみならず、越後湯沢駅までも送迎して頂けて、本当に助かりました。 また、こちらの宿ではコーヒーや紅茶が飲み放題となっていて、ロビーに行くとマシーンでいつでも頂けるようになっていて、感動しました！ 24時間入浴可能であったり、最高のホテルでした！また行きたいです！

一言で表すなら、｢綺麗｣でした。 湯沢の宿と言えばバブル時代に建てられたものが多く、インテリアや使用物品(布団やドライヤー等)に古さを感じることが多い気がします。 しかしこちらの宿は様々な物品が新しく、そこに綺麗さや清潔感が感じられ、気持ちよく宿泊することが出来ました。 また、トイレやお風呂場も綺麗かつ新しい物であったため、ストレスなく泊まることが出来ました。 ご飯に関しては少し量は多めですが、豪華です。 ありがとうございました。

かぐらスキー場の目の前にあり、スキー場までのアクセスの良い宿です。朝夕食付きで宿泊しましたが、ご飯がとても美味しく、たくさん種類があるためお腹いっぱいで満足できました。また、アメニティがとても充実しています。今まで泊まったことがある旅館では、お風呂のシャンプーで髪がキシキシになってしまいましたが、ここはDHCの良いシャンプー・コンディショナーが置いてあるためわざわざ家から持ってくる必要がなく楽でした。他にも、saloniaのドライヤー、延長コード、冷蔵庫などが部屋に付いていて、ビジネスホテルのように快適でした。またぜひ泊まりたいです。
