窗户是壞的，有個胳膊寬的逢關不住，淋雨噴頭也是壞的，服務人員態度不好，給出的處理辦法有：自己加錢升房，縫裡塞個毛巾。掏錢住房最起碼給個設施完整的房間吧，設施維護不應該是酒店自己的工作嗎？難道靠讓顧客換房掙錢嗎？

我住的那件茶台連墊子都沒有，而且空調特別吵，早餐也沒有，而且定位還不準，找了半天才找到，地方也偏僻，而且衞生怎麼説呢，那個地毯衞生間沒法説

登記入住的時候服務員愛答不理，忙好自己手裡的才給我們辦入住。也沒説有結婚的新人入住，早上6點不到就吵的要死。
