The room was stincky as if no one has cleaned it for ages. We complained and a cleaning lady came. But it didn't help. It took one full day for the smell to disappear. Moreover, the furnitures were dirty and broken. How can a hotel offer such a room? And how come they didn't immediately send us for another hotel if they couldn't offer another room? Very very disappointing and very surprised that this hotel is rated very highly.

Nice and clean rooms. Very tasty breakfasts and dinners. An a**ospheric swimming pool and jacuzzi available to guests. The location is a bit on the side of Zakopane, but there is no problem in getting to the center.

Excelent place for family with children. There are iinner and outside, very well equiped playgrounds, saunarium, swimming pool, very good equiped clean rooms with everything wich is helpful for little children (baby coat, high chairs, basin etc) Hotel has a beautifull view on mountains. They serve delicious breakfasts and diners. Staff is very frendly and helpful. My children love this hotel and we will be back there for sure. Prices are very reasonable and there are lot of promotions and paquetes

Grand établissement assez excentré. Les chambres sont modestes mais la literie est très bonne. Certaines chambres ont vue sur les montagnes. Un point de vue est ouvert sur le toit de l'hôtel pour que tout le monde puisse profiter du splendide panorama. Les points positifs de cet établissement sont incontestablement : le centre bien être compris dans le prix de la chambre. Il se compose de trois saunas, 1 hammam, une grande piscine intérieure, un jacuzzi et un mur d'ambre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner très copieux. Pour 50€ la nuit nous avons pu profiter pleinement de ces excellentes prestations. Les points à revoir sont l'accueil à la réception, personnel hautain et désagréable contrairement aux jeunes serveuses très souriantes, prévoir des serviettes de bain dans le centre de bien-être et prolonger l'heure du repas du soir servi entre 16h et 18h. Sinon excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Un hôtel avec maintenant une belle piscine, jacuzzi, hammam etc.. un coin pour les enfants au sous-sol et au même niveau que l'accès piscine De belles prestations, avec des repas en service buffet. De très bonnes qualités et variées chaque jour.un Pdj très copieux aussi en Buffet. Pas très loin du centre ville , un petit 2,5 kms où des navettes à 500m. Chambre spacieuse avec sdb , WC, balcon . Grand parking , jeux enfants aussi en extérieur. Un belle terrasse pour profiter du soleil. Je vous conseille cet hôtel.
