Shazhou Lake Hotel

I returned to Zhangjiagang on May Day and stayed at Shazhou Lake Hotel. The hotel is right by Shazhou Lake, with beautiful surroundings and a pleasant stay! The room is clean, spacious and bright, worthy of a five-star hotel! Breakfast for children was waived, and a small gift was given when checking out👍👍👍. It was a very good stay experience, and I will choose Shazhou Lake Hotel next time I come back!

The room is big and the breakfast is rich. I didn't book a king-size room. Although this room type doesn't face the lake view, it is still cool with a balcony. The front desk service is good. We checked out late and it was extended for a while. They also gave us snacks before we left.

I came to Zhangjiagang for tourism and bought a two-night stay at Shazhou Lake Hotel on Ctrip.com. The experience was unexpectedly good. The lobby is spacious and gorgeous, and the upgraded room for us is even more surprising. It is spacious and bright, with complete and new facilities. It is actually more beautiful than the picture, and there are welcome fruits. When we checked out, the front desk attendant Xiao Cai enthusiastically gave us a souvenir. In short, the two-day stay made us feel happy physically and mentally. If there are two small suggestions for shortcomings, the first is whether the breakfast dishes should be improved. There are too many spicy dishes. In addition, the towels and bath towels in the room should be changed, and some have holes. I wish the hotel a prosperous business!

I personally think this is a very cost-effective five-star hotel in Zhangjiagang. The service and other aspects are very good, but the hotel facilities are a bit old. After all, it is a 10-year-old hotel. It is very quiet. The scenery by the lake is very beautiful. There is also a trail for running and exercise. It is really good. There is also a children's playground and you can rent bicycles for free for sightseeing.

I didn't expect surprises one after another: the hotel's lakeside trail has beautiful scenery, and the elastic running track is very friendly to running enthusiasts; bottled water placed at the exit of the elevator on the floor can meet the needs at any time; my family has high requirements for bedding, and I didn't see the introduction of mattresses and bedding in the hotel introduction. I was also worried that there would be no latex pillows. As a result, the King Koil mattress is matched with a feather mattress, and there is a special menu for guests to choose from; the bathroom sanitary ware is very well maintained, and the toilet has also been upgraded to a smart toilet; the buffet breakfast also has tofu pudding in a wooden barrel, and the Chinese breakfast products are very suitable for Chinese stomachs. In addition, the hotel called to inquire about the check-in requirements the day before check-in, meeting my requirements for different room types to be close to each other, and upgrading to a lake view room, which is an absolutely perfect check-in experience. When you come to Zhangjiagang, I strongly recommend Shazhou Lake Hotel. It is suitable for visiting relatives and friends and vacationing. It only takes half an hour to reach any scenic spot in Zhangjiagang.
