服務差，衞生差，房間異味大，7.30早餐基本沒得吃.連個一次性拖鞋都沒有，如果個人入住不建議訂此家酒店，他們應該都是旅行社居住居多

下高速看到這個酒店，看得清清楚楚寫的是早餐七點到10點。如果沒寫早餐我根本不會預訂這家！結果入住都辦完了告知是6點到8點。原來這裏接待旅行團的，衹負責旅行團的用餐時間。我們旅遊來的必須跟旅行團的時間。簡直坑人！還西式早餐？早晨7點40就沒有早餐供應！把孩子叫起來了沒早餐！八點多旅行團走光了，服務員就來敲門要收拾房間！！太氣人了！這是什麼酒店？配接待客人入住嗎？你們既然衹負責旅行團！幹嘛掛攜程網坑我們進來！我在攜程住了十幾年，第一次住到這麼坑的酒店！不用回覆我！我説的都是事實！全中國都找不到哪家酒店早餐7點40就沒有了的！你家奇葩！自駕的朋友請避雷不要來！令人氣爆棚的差！

酒店早餐難吃，8點之後就沒有早餐了，晚上大門10:00就關掉了，我們的人進不來，爬門爬進去叫他們開門，還受傷了

完全夠不上4星級，不知道誰評的。這個酒店位置在碧桂園旅遊區，去哪都不太方便，自駕還好些，附近也沒什麼吃的。酒店主要接待旅遊團，散客很少。最讓人吐槽的是早餐，7點半下來，旅遊團都吃完了，一片狼藉，本來種類就少，沒有了也不上新的，8點就不供應了。建議自由行不要入住。

早餐一般吧，團餐為主。酒店提供接送機還挺棒的，而且當天給升級了房間，房間挺寬敞的。早上雞叫一陣兒一陣兒的，還挺熱鬧。服務沒得説，簡直好到爆炸。窗户關不嚴，好多蛾子飛進來。
