這次入住張家口藍鯨大廈麗呈酒店真的給了我非常棒的體驗。這是一家有一定年頭的老酒店，一進入酒店，就能感受到工作人員的熱情與專業，服務真的無可挑剔。房間內設施齊全，住起來十分舒適。讓我驚喜的是，酒店還貼心地贈送了晚安酸奶和洗浴門票，真的很暖心。周邊設施也特別完善，無論是購物、餐飲還是休閑娛樂，都應有盡有，出行極為便利。在這裏住的這幾天，讓我感受到了家一般的温暖與愜意，下次來張家口，我還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏。

酒店大堂招待人員服務意識強周到熱情，房間升級到零壓床。睡眠質量好！房間佈置合理，乾濕分離，贈送洗浴門票和酸奶。交通便利，公交車就在旁邊，去景點方便。早餐不錯品種豐富，酒店餐廳也很不錯👍總之這個酒店是很理想的！

這一夜是非常開心的，打車路過覺得門頭大氣燈光明亮就進來了，訂房時前台經理給免費升級了房，這整整比我預訂的房型貴了一倍不止，當然服務業沒得説，前台餐飲服務熱情細緻到位，設施完善，打掃的很乾凈，酒店餐飲品種豐富多樣，味道也不錯，總之張家口以後來了就住他家

衞生：可以讓人放心
環境：還好
服務：周到 郭女士也是服務主管，特別熱心和負責，怕馬桶不嚴流的水聲打擾我們休息，主動要給我們換房間，但考慮會勞煩服務人員，增加她們的工作量，所以婉拒了。感謝郭主管及大堂服務人員的熱情服務。謝謝！以後再來張家口如果方便還會選擇這裏。

地理位置好，旁邊是樂享城商場，往前走是銀座，吃飯購物方便，隔壁就是電影院，看完夜場回酒店超級近房間大，床大，床品舒適，有茶具，有洗浴中心，酒店後院有停車位，免費停車
從設施，衞生，停車，房間陳設方面都還滿意，我覺得性價比高
不過還要補重一點設施有點老舊
