房間設施完備，服務、衞生都令人滿意。尤其是房間隔音效果很好，住在電梯口旁邊，聽不到外面人來人往的聲音。酒店地理位置比較方便，非要挑一點毛病的話，就是地下停車場的出口標識有點少，建議增加並最好加上箭頭指向，不過車場應該不屬於酒店管理吧🧐😛。總之是一次愉快的住宿體驗

五一來張家口轉轉，入住的華邑酒店很不錯，高端大氣上檔次，酒店客房很寬敞，設施很先進。洗浴用品很不錯。一家三口住的很舒服，還可以去泳池游泳，健身，休閑放鬆的好去處！在此特別感謝前台小姐姐，貼心的給了延遲退房服務。另外早餐也很精緻，種類豐富，值得去品嚐。

這次入住感覺酒店比較冷清，可能是旅遊淡季，後冬奧時期，張家口市區的高星酒店遇到一定的問題，但也有文章可做，比如發揮“到下轄區縣旅遊客羣中轉站”的作用，和市區的景點做聯動等等。但關鍵是不能降低服務水平，否則老客户也可能會流失。圖片是我拍的近期爆紅的右衞鎮，離主城區不遠。

室內温度永遠都是27度 飯店不開空調 衹提供冷風扇 效果不好 很多設施都壞了 門上的鐵鏈掉了 毛巾是破的 體驗感非常差

先説優點，房間足夠大，床足夠大，樓下商超齊全，購物吃飯超級方便，辦理入住的美女和辦理退房的美女服務都不錯，早餐豐富，煎餅不錯，尤其的好吃，餐廳服務員服務也很好，會主動詢問是否需要幫助，既熱情又有分寸，挺好……
再説缺點，首先我們到的時候是週五晚上，我們到酒店門口時，地上車位已經停滿了，不僅僅是滿，是有一些混亂，然後我們人生地不熟的找底下車庫，酒店和銀座商場地下連通，而且也非常的混亂，各種逆行，各種亂停車，這一點真的會對旅客有不好的體驗，好不容易才找到的車位。真心建議地下車庫管理跟上。還有一點是床頭的鬧鐘6點響起，我整個人都懵了😅，要一個比我工作日上班醒的還早，欲哭無淚，建議上一個退房後，服務員幫忙檢查一下鬧鐘，畢竟新客人他也不知道不是😌
