衞生很差，房間隨處可見的頭髮，不穿鞋踩下來還有小沙子紮腳。地板也是壞的，凸起來的。花灑漏水的地方比洗澡的地方還大，而且花灑還會突然間漏水。浴室關門洗澡，水還是會濺到外面。隔音也差，門口有人經過聽的一清二楚。而且還有人敲門，問是誰也不説話，不敢開。空調也大聲，靜音也靜不了，一晚上都沒睡好。體驗感賊差。。。。。。。。。
