The hotel is in a great location, I was able to get some delicious food and coffee near by. Cassie who helped me check-in was very helpful seeing how it was my first day in Zhengzhou. The breakfast had a variety of options that were very delicious, and of course I'm always happy with good coffee. I'll likely stay again in the future.

Unfortunately I’ve found 2 out of 2 rooms not cleaned with long woman hair around the carpets. Merry Christmas Sheraton 👍👍👍

The experience was wonderful and the service, top notch. This is the best deal I have ever had for a hotel, it included breakfast and dinner and even a light lunch, i don't know if such a deal is available all the time or its only a once in a while thing.The hotel staff were really nice and professional, i'd say all our expectations were met except for the swimming pool that was closed throughout the duration of our stay

It was already 3am when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk helped us upgrade to a suite for free. The hotel was very comfortable to stay in, and it was worthy of being a 5-star hotel. I also want to thank Cary for his warm service. It was a very happy trip. If needed, I will choose Sheraton again.

The hotel is in a good location, near the CBD and also in Zhengzhou's bustling commercial district. The hotel has complete facilities and convenient transportation. The room is very quiet, the bed is moderately soft and comfortable, and Sookie in the front lobby executive lounge provides meticulous service and specially prepared buckwheat pillows for me, which made me rest well at night.
