A family of three came to Henan for a three-night stay. The room was quite large and the facilities were OK. There were a few points that were not satisfactory during the entire stay. 1. We took Line 1 from Zhengzhou East Station to the hotel. The navigation said that we should get off at Erqi Square Station and walk to the hotel. But the hotel is right next to Zhengzhou Station, so we called the front desk in advance to confirm which station is closer. The front desk said that it would take 100 meters to get there after getting off at Zhengzhou Railway Station, but the actual subway exit is at the West Square and the main entrance of the hotel is at the East Square. It takes a long detour to get to the hotel. When I checked in at the front desk, I also gave feedback to the front desk, but the front desk denied it first, saying that they would generally tell me to get off at Erqi Square. I don’t care if you are at the same front desk, it just happened. I don’t need to lie to you. This first reaction reply made people very unhappy. 2. We booked a family room for three people, but there were only two people in the room, whether it was toiletries or snacks and water, and we had to call the front desk to ask for them. The first reply from the front desk was that the auntie had already gone off work, and then she said that she would send someone to deliver it later, and then she only sent a bottle of water, a toothbrush and a pair of slippers. The next day, the auntie cleaned the room and gave three bottles of water only after we reminded her. On the third day, we went out and came back to see that she had only given two bottles of water. The triple room written on the platform did not say that all were provided for two people, so the products you wrote should at least be provided by default according to the number of people, which made people feel very bad. 3. Whether it is the words on the switches or the signs in the room, the words are very small and inconvenient to read. The lights are not controlled by each switch, but are created according to the atmosphere. It is not very accustomed to using it for the first time. Even the wifi password is very complicated. After entering the account password, a web page will pop up and then log in to the username and password for authentication. This description is reflected in the last row of small words on the wifi sign, which is difficult to find. And every time you return to the room, you have to re-enter it, which is very inconvenient. In summary, although these are some minor problems, and may even be some more subjective feelings, it is a bad experience to encounter the same problems frequently during a few days of stay.
