來看鳳凰傳奇演唱會，遇到大暴雨回不了酒店🏨
等了兩個小時萬般無奈才給管家發消息，結果她們真的有很努力的幫助我！！真的超級感動！
我是一個人去鄭州的，所以半夜暴雨，在外面手機也快沒電了還叫不到車真的蠻絕望的…
很感謝酒店管家的幫助，下次有機會再來鄭州，這裏一定是我第一個選擇！謝謝

從外地和朋友來鄭州看演唱會，比較了到奧體和市中心以及靠近地鐵站的距離，最後選擇了M酒店。入住體驗感真的很不錯，管家到店前都有提前聯繫，到店後陪同辦理入住，全程跟進服務，一起住的小夥伴有點身體不適，阿姨很快就幫忙送來了體温計。配套齊全有自己的停車場，房間設施齊全，周邊環境很不錯，服務很滿意貼心，比較細節的比如電梯口還放了瓶裝水，整體很推薦！因為這次的行程比較緊張，就住了一晚，希望下次有機會再來～

酒店位置很好乘坐地鐵很方便，旁邊就有地鐵口，環境很好，過去入住時候管家還很及時的送了咖啡，房間裏面採光很好面積大床頭也準備了三種充電頭的充電器，床品也很舒適，住的庭院景觀洋房，後院喝個下午茶很安逸，管家們服務周到熱心，提出的要求都盡力協調滿足，早餐品種豐富，滿意推薦。服務是真的好

五一帶孩子鄭州玩入住鄭州M酒店，酒店很新，設施也很全，住的行政大床房房間很大，酒店還送了大堂吧的現磨咖啡，早餐品種也多，前台和管家服務也很熱情，下次還會入住！
