服務：非常好，堪比五星酒店標準；因為趕火車來不及拿行李，還幫忙送到了一層門口，感謝。
下午茶蛋糕好吃；晚上的雞尾酒和歌手唱歌體驗也很贊！早餐也好吃！

之前在他們酒吧來喝過酒，覺着酒店很不錯，今天特意來體驗了下他們客房，房間特別乾淨最重要的很出片，拍了很多好看的照片，房間配的還有膠囊咖啡，口感不錯，連一次性浴袋還有浴鹽絲瓜絡都有，這個細節誰懂啊！太愛了，環境奈斯，大堂非常的大氣，簡約中能看出精心的設計感！必須誇一誇服務，小姐姐們都很親切，看我小女生拿東西比較多特意幫我提東西送回房間，還説退房也可以聯繫前台幫忙送下樓！好愛小姐姐，點贊👍怒推這個酒店，下次還來

酒店在商業寫字樓中間的門頭不算起眼但是非常驚喜
首先，前台大堂是在五樓一樓全天都有工作人員引導，服務考慮的非常全面，會幫客人主動拿行李和問候需求
入住順暢服務很好👍酒店有酒吧的融合理念連同過去的是吧枱，設計感滿滿
房間很大，設施很新，配套相當齊全
非常不錯👍

初進酒店似覺略小，呆了一天發現空間利用率很高，有妙趣。晚上去聽音樂會，發現離河南省音樂廳很近，來回步行就可以。酒吧的雞尾酒也很好喝，喝完直接回房睡覺。提一嘴Betty的服務不錯。
