4月26日下午六點多入住，户外温度31度，房間竟然沒有空調製冷。和前台聯繫先説製冷與市政什麼聯網目前無法開啟。之後前台來了個女士又解釋空調正在維護。我想請問一下哪個酒店在連續三天三十度的天氣還能不開製冷？！衹有通風？不要拿這些一聽就是託辭的話來推脱，不就是為了省錢不考慮客人的感受？當天酒店房間是除了總統套房和大套房外全部住滿的。房間內温度穩定保持在27.5度到28.5度之間，又悶又熱孩子到半夜快一點都睡不着。這個酒店根本沒有服務意識，不顧客人的感受。在我投訴前台後，要求經理和我溝通。直到退房也未見到任何人聯繫解決。那個假模假式的寫歡迎信的經理可能衹出現在紙上。這種無視客户需求的酒店不建議大家入住。體驗感實在太差。
