這家酒店服務人員特別棒，前台服務人員特別有禮貌，初次來這家店，看到網評特別棒就選擇了這家店，出差首選以後來鄭州。
連住兩天，客房工作人員打掃房間特別乾淨，並且特別有禮貌，還有接送站服務，很nice。不得不説房間面積真的很大，比一般全季房間都大。

服務超好，超出預期，還提供歡迎水果 。房間隔音非常好，我平時睡覺很輕，但是在這裏完全聽不到樓道和隔壁的聲音，非常贊！酒店還提供鄭州東站免費的接送服務，真的超貼心。最後點贊一下辦理退房的前台小姐姐，服務態度很好，很貼心。很滿意的一次入住體驗，強烈推薦呀！

房間很整潔，房間設施齊全，很新，智能馬桶很贊，床頭加濕器也很好用。床睡着很舒服，疲憊一掃而空。房間還有小冰箱和免費礦泉水，點個贊。 每一個前台服務都很好很熱情。可以説是無微不至。
