This is our first time to Zhenjiang. This hotel is within 10 minutes taxi ride from Zhenjiang railway station. On 27 Dec 2023, we arrived late at night and all the shops nearby the hotel have already closed. So, no dinner. The reception staff, Fang Rong and 张师傅, took good care of us by offering snacks and carried our luggage into the room. The hotel’s location and environment are fantastic! It is located at Xijindu ancient street where you can stroll along the ancient street. The museum and old British consulate are within walking distance from the hotel, through the ancient street, past a 观音 cave. Another tourist spot, Jinshan 金山 is also within 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel’s breakfast is delicious and good value for money. The hotel’s room is very clean, very comfortable and very nice. The hotel’s staff Steven is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Upon check out, we got a small trinket as souvenir. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you all for the outstanding service and warm hospitality during our stay.

房間可以的，空間也大，裝修已經有段時間了，但保養的不錯！地段在西津渡入口，出入非常方便，服務員熱情，有問必答，永安漁莊就在酒店後面，附近有很多吃的，非常便捷！如果有機會再來鎮江還會選擇這裏的！

酒店地理位置不錯，房間也比較寬敞，早餐是傳統中餐套餐，量多，口味也不錯。就是因為在街邊，晚上10點還比較吵鬧。安靜要到11點以後。隔音需要再加強一些。

之前在家酒店和兆和皇冠之間猶豫了很久，雖然人家星級比它好很多，但價格居然還是珍珠高，介於對它的信任與期待，我選擇了珍珠，但沒想到這也變成了我極為懊悔的決定。
1、首先是位置，雖然在西津渡口，但其實節假日打車什麼的都要走出去不少路。
2.也因為在景區，靠街而住，樓下的聲音讓人奔潰。但就算不是臨街，隔音之差，真的連隔壁的呼聲都能清楚入耳，佩服！
3、服務之不專業，2500多塊錢兩晚的酒店，早上6點就有外賣跑到二樓隔壁門口多次叫喚：某謀房外賣！請問哪家正規點星級酒店是可以放外賣員上客房的？
4、服務員收拾房間居然連床鋪都沒整理，衹拿走了垃圾補充了廁紙，所以家裡人都以為根本沒進行客房服務，頭一天我泡了它🏡免費的紅茶，第二天也沒有補充，活該我衹能喝一次！
5、早餐是配餐沒問題，但後來發現早餐吃飯其實是和隔壁一家麪館合作的，筷子不消毒，紅湯鍋蓋麪鹹的離譜！
已經不用説沒有電梯的問題了，這個就忍吧，但除了地段優勢，請拍拍你家良心，哪裡來的勇氣收這樣的價格？
另外反映問題時前台那個眼鏡女生頭也不抬，真心服！

首先酒店的位置很好，就在西津渡入口，周邊吃東西或者去雲台山和西津渡景區都很方便。還順帶不排隊吃到了永安漁莊。
然後服務都還不錯，會提前打電話告知地方，服務也都很熱情，進出都會主動打招呼。
不過還是受限於酒店是老房子，總體光線一般，房間不是很大，所以住的感覺有點侷促。

房間乾淨舒適環境温馨。服務態度好，酒店位置優越去各景點都很方便。酒店旁邊的小餛飩特別好吃。出酒店左轉往前走十來步的春順和的早茶也不錯。退房時酒店還送了小紀念品。
