The hotel lobby is decorated grandly, the rooms are large, the facilities are new, and they are equipped with intelligent control equipment. I am very satisfied with the hotel's hygiene. The hotel is very close to Longjin Fengyu Bridge, less than 20 minutes' walk.

I stayed during the National Day holiday. Hunan has been cooling down for a few days. The temperature at night was only 18 degrees. The room was very cold, but the central air conditioner in the room only had cold air (there is no mode button in the room to select, so the hotel needs to adjust it). I asked the front desk, and the front desk said that because Some guests feel hot so they can only turn on the cold air. Am I not a guest? In the end, there was no solution. They asked me to turn off the air conditioner and put me into a winter quilt. This is the first time I have seen that the central air-conditioning is a unified model for the entire hotel. You cannot choose the hot and cold modes individually in the room. Is the Vienna International Hotel going to this extent or cutting corners? Communication from staff highlights management issues and the hotel's ability to handle them. I took a shower at night and found that the water in the shower was hot and suddenly cold. I was too lazy to give any feedback. The room was very stuffy and airtight with the air conditioner turned off. It was also noisy next to the roadside. The whole stay experience was terrible and not recommended.

The two beauties on duty on the afternoon of the 6th told Zhijiang that it tasted good. Liaoji Restaurant is just across the Longjin Bridge; we can eat spicy food and found it delicious. I give 1000 points out of 100 points. Satisfied satisfied. Breakfast is Chinese style. Meat and vegetable combination. Other floors are under renovation. (Not Vienna) But I didn’t feel it when I lived there.
