這家民宿整體還是不錯的，老闆人也很好，不過有幾個方面的小問題，首先是民宿位置問題，民宿在一個小區裏，初來不好找，希望在位置引導方面添加些指示牌。然後是衞生問題，廁所有小飛蟲，馬桶裏還有淹死的蟲，房間的床頭吊燈上面全是灰，可以看出房間有段時間未有人入住，建議店家定期打掃。然後有飲水機，這點好評。最後一點是隔音問題，門不夠隔音，可以聽到對門放的音樂。

酒店沒有正常前台，酒店在小區裏，這個還無所謂，辦理入住因為沒有門面前台很難找，然後打電話給前台打了半個小時沒有接通（絕對沒有誇張化），到了房間裏隔音效果不好，能聽到隔壁和樓上聊天，床單還爛得，第二天熱醒（因為停電了），還沒有水無法洗漱，然後退房依舊，昨天登記得前台還是沒人，又是打電話，在所謂前台找有沒有別的號碼，又是打電話又是加微信都聯繫不上（又是大概10+通電話不接，如果客户着急真的很難受）然後沒身份證原件網上登記通過他們還得花2元認證（不是沒有但是之前住得從來沒有這一説）希望有待改進，也希望我的評論能讓準備定得盆友避坑

小區環境好，門口吃的和超市齊全，店家拾金不昧手機走的時候忘拿了商家打掃時發現，主動幫忙保存然後發快遞過來
