The hotel offered great value of money to visitors. The location is good too. However, the road in front of the hotel is bumpy to users.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and the temperature was just right and therefore we slept quite well. There are many eateries in the streets and we could easily find somewhere to dine. If we came back to Sam Heung next time, we would patronise the same hotel again. I would recommend it to friends too.

I called the front desk 3 times and they just perfunctorily said they had already notified me to come and clean the room. The hotel does not provide cleaning services for extended stays. I asked the waiter to just clean up the garbage and they just said they would not clean. I am speechless for them to let me complain casually.
