怎麼説呢，在周口，算不錯吧，就是房間不好找，半夜到的，服務員解釋不清楚，標誌也不明顯，找了二十分鐘沒找到，太坑了

房間不大勝在床品乾淨舒適，配套的衞浴用品也很好聞、好用。在酒店附設的餐廳吃到了可口的飯菜。這兒的疙瘩湯是我吃過最好吃的！點贊👍

笑死，時隔很久翻翻上一條停電的評論。酒店竟然回複電不是他們停的，話裏話外停電和他們一點關係都沒有。哦？停電是我的錯？我説電是你停的？1.停電了酒店一是沒有任何應急發電設備，身為一個服務酒店，沒有任何應急預案，任憑客人在黑暗裡什麼都幹不了；
2.停電後酒店未主動對客户提出過任何補償，甚至人家結婚的事情都給人家耽擱的，怪不得人家和你們鬧呢！大打出手！鬧的好！
3.酒店服務人員，尤其是前台人員。請問你一個月掙多錢啊？這麼傲慢？周口迎賓館是市委市政府吧？你才覺得你這麼牛，笑死了，本質上就是個服務員，什麼年代了，還一副舊社會做派！可笑！
一個酒店不以服務為理念，以推卸責任、怠慢顧客為理念，差勁至極，充分暴露了人員素質低下、管理理念落後的本質特徵。周口發展的慢原因你們貢獻不少！
