The facility is old but adequate. We were stayed at 3rd floor. The room sound proofing not good, the corridor was noisy and can hear people talking loudly. Second night we were disturbed by the guests at the top floor noise until late night.

Location is probably the only advantage of this hotel. It takes 5 mins drive from the pier to hotel, very convenient. However the receptionist is not professional. She charged me credit card and asked me to pay wechat. I was double charged. The refund was completed after I left the island. Bad experience.

好久沒有入住普陀山大酒店了 這次選擇很明智。房間雖然老點 但是各方面還是可以滴。服務也nice。主要地段非常方便。離普濟寺 碼頭都很近。外面餐飲也很多。主打一個方便。

酒店裝修風格好，隔音也做得不錯，讓人可以忘卻旅途的疲憊，好好休息。餐飲也做得非常不錯，性價比較高。服務員親切友善，雖然我們在旺季出行，但是接待效率高，讓人有一種賓至如歸的感覺。酒店離主要景點非常近，附近餐飲、購物集中，交通十分便利。總結：下次再過來，還會選這裏。

設施舊了，衞生也不夠乾淨，空調的暖氣也是壞的，衹能讓前台拿來風暖機。
最差勁的地方是沒有花灑😂 帶孩子出門 住的家庭房，沒想到最基礎的花灑都沒有😂

環境和服務都不錯，免費升級了房間，就是床太軟了，第二天早上起來腰痠背痛，自助早餐價格偏貴，早餐除了自助餐沒有單點，對老年來説不太適合。
