房間乾淨清爽，配備除濕機，服務周到，在我還沒上飛機的時候就主動打電話詢問接岸的事情，早餐是素食，也很多品種，還有姚建忠大哥，服務熱情單位，非常貼心。

工作日去的，早上8:50上島給酒店打電話，班車到達很及時，一到酒店就辦理了入住。房間整潔並贈有歡迎水果和抄送心經。酒店離普濟寺很近，房間面向內院很安靜，床品等乾淨舒適，住宿體驗很好。早餐種類不多味道還不錯，餐廳環境蠻好。離店輕鬆，來、去王領班服務非常貼心，值得推薦。

普陀山之行住在寶託行舍，地理位置優越，離普濟寺10分鐘路程，門口就是人氣餐廳，出行吃飯都很方便！
這邊還有班車服務，免費碼頭接送，服務周到。

大家有這個錢去住別的酒店吧 給大家避雷了 真的別定這家 前台態度真的一言難盡臭一張臉 好像花錢來看別人臉色的？這麼貴的酒店衞生做成這樣也是醉了 還有蜘蛛 解決的辦法也是很敷衍 體驗感極差 勸大家別來 不知道這麼高評分怎麼來的

N年普陀山最無語的一次入住！去年住完覺得不錯出行方便，可能疫情沒人服務也不錯！今年帶着家人開了三個房，價格漲了不説吧，高級雙床説衹有一樓（地理位置屬於負一）説沒其他房間可以換，衹好升級去四樓帶陽台的房間。接近一千五一晚，房間和樓下一樣大，就是多了個陽台！然後房門對面是酒店的倉庫一整排，隔音差不説還會一直有人來拿東西！電視無信號叫工人來處理，房間網絡很差，地板蚊子🦟大到嗯！兩晚三間房快一萬塊！感覺真不如去住個民宿，“德不配位、價不配房”

班車服務:提前聯繫前台可以接送服務，工作人員熱情，幫忙提行李。
環境：就在普濟寺的旁邊，樓下就是原汁原味餐廳，吃飯方便，餐廳味道非常好，可以取號後回酒店休息，等快排到時候下去點菜。
設施：房間內有抽濕機，並沒有覺得潮濕
總體非常滿意，下次來還會選擇這裏

地理位置方便，樓下就是原制原味和德克士
但是設施……
設施：洗個澡能水漫金山！真的整一個大無語！
解釋是沒有辦法，他們的浴室擋水條太低。主要浴室完全沒有積水好吧！半開放式的洗漱間就成了個窪地•ᴗ•💧💧💧
衞生：整體還算乾淨，沒有異味
班車服務: 班車很方便，從碼頭直接到酒店門口
