Best hotel in the area.Customer services and experience here is beyond expectations.It isclean, stylish, roomy and room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend with the hotel. The breakfast is not bad though not much choices and cleanliness is little bit disappointing. And they have a Meituan** takeaway cabinet which is very convenient. I would recommend you to stay here if you are expecting a cozy night with friends/family.

Everything is almost perfect about this hotel. I like the cleanliness and it looks very new. Breakfast is very good and worth every Pennies. One thing that stands out beyond all is the services. The staffs are very polite and professional. I usually don’t write review unless it’s either a wow or the opposite but this is definitely a wow. The lady in the front desk carry our luggage up to the room and greet us with an introduction upon checking in. Selina gave my wife a flower on woman’s day with a card. The young man greet me when I went down for breakfast and make me a coffee. Front desk lady carry my luggage to the car after check out and provide us with a car service to the port to go to Hong Kong. The driver “Mr Chang” was incredibly nice and offer us waters. We have stayed in many five star hotels but this one is probably the best for its 5 star services. The staff just make us feel very comfortable. Glad we chose this hotel when we were here for three nights. It will be our pick again when we are back.

Before staying this hotel, I read some negative reviews on cleanliness and service. Therefore, I am worried about it. However, the actual experience was totally different. The room was very clean and huge. The cleaner definitely did a great job. Not only that, the warm welcome especially from the bellboy staff were great. One of the night shift staff (Lionel) went to the extra mile to help us order food delivery because our overseas number cant do so. I hope they can keep up standard and hope to stay there again.

This is such an beautiful hotel. The interior is absolutely stunning. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great because it’s only a short distance from the train station and it’s close by to the public beach and other restaurants. Breakfast was a brilliant spread of western and Chinese food. The only downfall is that the restaurants are closed and the on-site shop no longer exists. I do believe that it could be a result of the pandemic but this is definitely not great. The room was good but could use an upgrade on the decor. The bed was very hard and not at all comfortable. The air conditioner needs some work as it seemed to struggle to keep the room cool. Overall it was a nice peasant stay

I have always believed in the level of several hotels under the Accor Group. Although it has now become a subsidiary of  Huazhu, this ibis was better when it was booked at the time. I did not hesitate to choose. It did not disappoint me. Although the hotel is not big, it is very new and very delicate. The service at the front desk was very good. I saw that the adjacent room we arranged for us and gave us an upgrade to one of the rooms. The layout is very good. There are some. I sleep and I don’t feel very depressed. The screen projection TV looks very comfortable. At the same time, the water pressure is also very high when taking a bath.  Ctrip points redeemed for breakfast. This price is very good. The breakfast tastes quite good. The location is also good. It is close to Gongbei Port. The only downside is that the elevator  ~ It is not convenient to go up and down. The apartment was in a prime location, 5 mins walk to the lively Fuhuali and Jiuzhou Avenue shopping areas, where I enjoyed a variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The apartment was also easy to reach from the Gongbei Port and the Jiuzhou Port by car. The hotel staff were attentive and responsive to my messages. The room was large, bright, and tidy, with a simple and elegant design. The room had a TV, an air conditioner, and a private bathroom. The bed was cozy and the bedding was fresh and clean. The hotel offered disposable towels and toiletries, as well as a hair dryer and a razor. The only minor issue was that the reception was on the 10th floor, which was not very obvious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable and convenient place to stay in Zhuhai.
