房間夠大，是斯維登公寓的一貫品質，位置好，周邊餐飲、超市、購物店一應俱全。門口就是鳳凰北公交車站，公交線路四通八達，非常方便。門口有收費停車場，樓下的新鴻圖酒店是珠海的老酒店，性價比高，口味不錯。

每次出差都是住這家酒店 ，房間乾淨整潔，設施設備稍微有點老舊，當相對還可以，前台服務態度不錯，能做到有問必答，酒店沒有早餐，門口周邊有很多早餐店，美味又實惠，去海邊也很近，步行10分鐘左右就能到，可以看到日月貝！

看着評價高就優選了，果然不讓我失望，酒店的環境非常優美，建築風格獨特。房間寬敞明亮，設施現代化，非常舒適。員工們態度熱情，位置屬於市中區，交通方便，美食也多，一樓大堂就有一家新鴻圖茶樓，早茶優惠又好吃，我強烈推薦這家酒店。

前台服務很好，看到我帶着小朋友，給我免費升級了2.4米的大床，超大又舒服，環境又乾淨，房間一次用品配的齊全。周邊美食又多，各種各樣，位置屬於市中心，交通方便，出門口就有公交車站，如果自駕車，就有停車場，一元一小時，10封頂一天，非常優惠，這次住住的很滿意，值得推薦

珠海是旅遊城市，這家酒店的位置真不錯，靠近珠海地標日月貝.海天公園.博物管等等，交通方便，坐一元就去城市陽台，愛情郵局，漁女港珠澳橋等等都是很方便的，下樓全是美食小吃，有露天停車場，非常優惠，一元一小時10封頂一天，服務枱小姐姐態度熱情，服務周到，房間也很太，床很舒服，衞生很乾凈，洗沐產品的很好，放一次用品非常齊全，是個不錯的酒店！！
