不是酒店不是酒店重點説，就是民宿來的，去到的時候還要找，叫我們去6樓找前台，我這一聽迷惑了 怎麼要到6樓去找前台？民宿前台😵💫當時我們到也晚了拿到卡插卡還不會自動亮燈，開燈還忙活着找開關 特別無語😑後面還是前台上來給我們開的，最最重要的來了，地板特別的臟喊了前台來拖地拖走好多臟東西😭體驗感挺不好的

入住朵爾曼是我今年第一个正確决定赞👍，说實话我表达力一般普通话更是差劲，但管家接代我时还是非常1有礼貌，非常有耐心，清洁姨姨也很好要赞，房间很干净，有要求也是盡量答应满足，我外出不在房间時姨姨是盡量不上房做清洁的，回来了通知管家姨姨一般都在半小时内来清洁，我住了五天四夜，我个人入住酒店后一般都会自己消毒清洁一下床铺，所有杯子，几天住宿，房间也不会太肮髒。我不喜欢别人去碰我日用品，也就叫姨姨不用清洁了補一下用品可以了，姨姨一切都可以，但就厕所间的清洁不顾放，一定要清理一下洗手间的👍姨姨是對的，其他可以不做清洁，洗手间一定要👍，这个新年休闲假很满意，周边老店（吃的）耧下的商埸都是应有盡有👍吃喝的都很方便。好的说完了，说说不好的，要改善或想想解决的，就是不好找，指引欠缺😓(總结这假期很好👍我是休闲一族放假就是吃喝休息😂)

环境：今次系以度假形式入住朶爾曼酒店（優特匯），那個環境相當唔錯，好有日本風既感覺，環境相當不錯，設施都可以，服務態度還好，而且周邊有商場相圈，配套方便，令人覺得好有舒適嘅環境享受。

位置不好找，開車有點難找，衹有減免停車費還是要掏一部分停車費。
有洗衣機，投影儀，窗簾也是自動的，有廚房可以做飯

房間很大，應該有描述的一樣
和風設計，總體感覺舒服，客服反應也快，有點小毛病也馬上處理了。
樓下是商場，各種品牌都有，周邊有市場和餐飲，很方便，出行也容易。

酒店干淨，日本風格幾好。我選擇的樓層比較高，38樓，所以看的風景比較遠。樓下就係要大型商場。價錢親民，下次會再嚟！
