The environment here is great. On every floor, right off the elevator, there are coffee machines, snacks, makeup remover pads, makeup remover, and even roasted sweet potatoes served intermittently from morning till night – absolutely delicious!
The room is very spacious and expansive. The floor-to-ceiling windows directly opposite ensure plenty of natural light. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The room also comes with a motion-sensing toilet and a washing machine, which is much cleaner and more reassuring than sharing laundry facilities at other hotels.
The bedding is incredibly soft, unlike the typical linen duvet covers found in most hotels. The projector works very well, and there's even a mini-fridge in the room.
Overall, the experience was excellent! It's definitely the best choice among hotels in the same price range!

However, just nearby to hotel there are many restaurants and supermarket, so it was not an issue for us at all. Refrigerator and wardrobe is not there in the room.

BBeggieWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The suit was large, the view was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very rich. There were many choices of western and Chinese styles dishes. At the reception Jennet was very kind and helpful. She arranged some decorations and a small cake for our birthday celebration. At the breakfast Dylan was very kind and helpful. The whole crew was very professional and kind. We hope to come back soon.

I stayed in the Deluxe Queen Room with a full sea view, and the experience exceeded expectations from the moment I arrived.

The hotel lobby is spacious, elegant, and immediately gives you that 5-star feeling. Staff were warm, professional, and efficient — check-in was quick and smooth. The overall atmosphere is calm and refined, perfect for both leisure and business travelers.

The room is beautifully designed with modern décor and warm lighting that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you enter.
The highlight is definitely the floor-to-ceiling panoramic sea view, giving you an uninterrupted look at the ocean and the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. Whether it’s sunrise or evening lights, the view is breathtaking.
The queen-size bed is extremely comfortable — soft bedding, high-quality pillows, and a mattress that gives just the right support. Sleeping here feels like resting on a cloud. The room is quiet, spacious, and air-conditioned perfectly.

GGuest UserMy spouse and I came to Zhuhai for a trip and were very satisfied with the hotel. What first drew us to book the Sheraton was the indoor swimming pool – it's absolutely fantastic. Measuring 25m x 10m, it can comfortably accommodate 8 people swimming at once without feeling crowded. The water is very clean, and the temperature is just right, neither too hot nor too cold. On the east side, there's a large floor-to-ceiling window, with lounge chairs facing a beautiful sea view. Around 7 AM, sunlight streams in through these windows, making the entire pool area feel vibrant and energetic. The morning sun shining into the water creates a dazzling, shimmering golden effect that's truly captivating. After swimming 1200 meters, a sauna session completely melts away any fatigue.
The second highlight is the unbeatable sea view, complete with a balcony. In the evening, you get to enjoy the charming night lights of Macau, and in the morning, you can soak in the breathtaking sunrise – it's truly refreshing. The breakfast selection is extensive, and being able to dine with a sea view is just wonderful.

MM18925****1. The hotel is very close to Hengqin Port, just a seven to eight-minute walk, making it super convenient to go to Macau. There's a billiards table on the first floor, which my kids loved! The rooftop swimming pool, with a heated section, is also fantastic!
2. The first day our room was quite small, but on the second day, we were upgraded to a suite. The price difference we paid was much better than what Ctrip offered, so kudos to them!
3. A small suggestion: please improve the bottled water selection.

AAnonymous UserThe room was neat, clean, and spacious. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms, which was really convenient and allowed for privacy. The water pressure and bathroom facilities were well-configured. The only minor drawback was the hairdryer, which was quite old. For a five-star hotel with indoor and outdoor pools, this hairdryer really lowered my overall impression. I hope management sees this and considers replacing them with more powerful, modern hairdryers. It's a small investment that would greatly enhance the guest experience and avoid any imperfections.
The staff, on the other hand, deserves special praise. Whether it was the housekeeping, front desk, or dining managers and staff, everyone was welcoming with a smile, answered all questions, and was happy to help with any issues. They were very approachable, embodying the kind of hospitality expected from a star-rated hotel. Kudos to the management for their hard work in staff training! The breakfast in the dining department offered a wide variety of dishes, appropriate flavors, and reasonable prices. It's definitely worth experiencing during your stay.

MM46615****Taking the kids to Zhuhai Chimelong was an absolute blast, and choosing the Circus Hotel unlocked the full 5-star experience! This stay really ingrained ”convenience” and ”attentiveness” into every little detail.
The location is an absolute winner! It's a mere 3-minute walk to the Circus City and an 8-minute stroll directly to the main entrance of Ocean Kingdom. After watching the fireworks at night, we didn't have to battle the crowds; we could just leisurely make our way back to our room. After a full day of walking around with the kids, this close proximity was such a lifesaver. The hotel itself is like a fairytale castle, with a carousel in the lobby, circus elements everywhere you look, and even little animated surprises when the elevator doors open. As soon as we walked in, my child was chasing after the mascots, absolutely captivated.

MM55324****From October 1st to October 5th, 2025, I stayed in room 4507, a sea-view room. The room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable, and the sheets and towels were very clean. The staff were very friendly; they'd greet you with a ”good morning,” ”good afternoon,” or ”good evening,” whether they recognized you or not. When I called for an extra bed, it was brought up in less than ten minutes. Children over 12 even received two complimentary breakfasts. In the evening, they proactively came to the room to ask if we needed mineral water or room service. The sea-view room offered a superb view of the ocean, and as it was during the National Day celebrations, I could even watch the Macau Fireworks Display from bed. You could even see the Macau Tower and the sea view from the toilet! All in all, whether it's the facilities, the service, or the view, everything was top-notch. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

**Service**: The hotel has a ground-level parking lot, and the security guards were very helpful in guiding us. The front desk offers 24-hour free parking via QR code scan.
**Environment**: On the day of check-in, the front desk staff upgraded us to a Macau view sea-view room, which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The room was very clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a perfect panoramic view of Hong Kong, Zhuhai, and Macau, which really brightened my mood.
It's also right next to the border crossing, making transportation very convenient.
**Facilities**: The hotel is well-equipped with facilities, including a gym and swimming pool. I really liked the room's decor, especially the mirrors placed at different angles, which I found very satisfying.
Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel stay and will definitely choose Charming Holiday Hotel again for my next visit.
