DoubleTree by Hilton Zhuhai Hengqin

The Hengqin Port is right next door, so you can walk across the border. Breakfast was really good and varied, and the restaurant views were amazing. My family was very satisfied, and we'd definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Zhuhai. Facilities: The bathroom has a separate shower and bath, and the room itself is very spacious.

Booked the Hilton near the port to watch the Macau fireworks. I always feel very confident staying at chain hotels, and the bedding here was really comfortable. The front desk staff, Xiao Hu, was also incredibly thoughtful. Big brands really do guarantee quality.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Hengqin Port. The facilities are comprehensive, and the view from the window is nice, though the only minor issue was that the windows were quite dirty, making it hard to see clearly outside. The hotel lobby is on the 27th floor and provides a guide for customs clearance at Hengqin Port. When going through customs, don't solely rely on navigation as it can be a bit of a detour; instead, ask the parking attendants at the various hotels along the way. The hotel restaurant offers good food, and there's a large shopping area nearby. There are also two convenience stores downstairs, making it quite convenient overall.

Facilities: Comprehensive and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very clean. Ambiance: Good. Service: Excellent. We paid to upgrade to a suite, which was fantastic. It had a long sofa in the outer room and a king-sized bed in the inner room, plus two bathrooms, so family members didn't disturb each other. The toilet, shower, and bathtub in the bathroom were all separate, making it very convenient to use, and the bathtub was large and super comfortable. The water temperature was great. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the room. Upon check-in, we received complimentary snacks, which tasted exceptionally good, and our child loved them. Breakfast was also good and quite extensive. For someone from the north, the flavors were a bit on the mild side. There's a pool table in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice option if you're waiting. All the staff members were very friendly. Special thanks to the front desk staff who checked us in and the bellhops who helped with our luggage.

The hotel is located just a few hundred meters from Hengqin Port. The room was clean, and the service was excellent. They even upgraded me to a suite for free! 😇 Whatever I needed, the front desk was quick to respond and delivered it right away.
