Overal good experience ! It’s modern, well maintained the only thing what was weird ; is that there is a rule but doesn’t apply to everyone - example : borrowing an umbrella , some need to give their keycards as deposit and some not.. either do it all or don’t do it at all.

The hotel is well-located in the city center, with easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist sites. The room was clean and quiet. The services were also good. The breakfast was brilliant with so many choices, and there was even a small children's playground next to it so that parents can enjoy their food more. The hotel also offers free parking.

來諸暨一定要來諸暨大酒店，酒店位置就在浣江太平橋邊，晚上大橋燈光很漂亮！節日期間早餐人多，但服務還可以，衹是房間窗台處最好放小沙發，坐着喝茶不是更舒服嘛

酒店位置還可以，離城市廣場，諸暨博物館都比較近，可以散步走過去。離西施故里也不是很遠，興致好的話也可以步行，走走差不多20多分鐘，叫出租車的話就很快了，起步價的距離。酒店是新裝修過了，很年輕化，也很時尚，大堂的裝飾很新潮。整體感覺很乾凈，服務也很熱情，早餐質素也很高，品種豐富，味道也都不錯，服務員動作也很麻利。總體很不錯，是下次來會再次選擇的酒店。

房間乾淨整潔，關鍵是服務很好，五一期間訂不到同房型，酒店客房部的服務人員幫忙協調了房間，非常貼心。入住期間送了水果、香囊，離店的時候還幫長者和小朋友準備了水和小水果，兩天入住非常滿意！下次一定會再選擇入住！
