前台服務好，房間打掃的很乾凈，有洗衣房和健身房，停車也很方便，周邊美食很多，出差首選這家酒店！阿姨們也很熱心，前台還送了小禮品很貼心，還有智能機器人送外賣

華住集團下的全季和漢庭在多地都住過，一直對全季酒店印象良好，這次都諸暨依舊選擇全季。
服務：服務還是很熱情，有問題能及時解決，早餐也中規中矩，但品種不是太多。
設施：和其他全季酒店差不多
環境：大堂環境不錯，但樓道和房間差強人意，裝修顯得有些粗糙，不如蘇州，廈門住過的好。
衞生：房間地面，淋浴間和角落衞生不是很到位。
全季的價位應該比漢庭高些，但此次沒有感覺出差距。

這是一家有着全季酒店的裝修，卻在服務上面和全季毫不相干的酒店。一進房間，發現沒有拖鞋，打電話到前台，讓我在牀頭櫃找找，明確表示找不到，然後説送上來。半個小時過去，沒動靜，再打電話，説等一下，最後在35分鐘後在機器人那裡拿到拖鞋。前台全程冷冰冰，感覺我是欠她錢一樣。另外就是入住的時候詢問房型是否帶早餐，得到的回覆也是，我這邊看不了，你自己看訂單…。來諸暨不是一兩次了，以後還是住回温德姆算了
