The receptionists were incredibly sincere, polite, and humorous, and their recommendations for food and entertainment were excellent. Zigong is a city where spicy food is a must, so ordering for children was a challenge. The hotel restaurant highly recommended several non-spicy dishes, which were delicious, reasonably priced, and generously portioned. The staff kept asking how we liked the food, whether we enjoyed it, and even reminded us to order more if we wanted more – very thoughtful. Although it's not in a bustling area, the hotel's shuttle service effectively made up for it and even added to our experience. Our driver, Mr. Yang, was very friendly and we had a pleasant chat. What touched us most was that when we couldn't get a taxi during peak hours at Fantawild and asked the hotel for help, they immediately made an exception and sent a car to retrieve our luggage from the hotel and then detoured through Fantawild to pick us up and take us to the high-speed rail station. Mr. Yang drove smoothly and knew the roads well, avoiding many traffic jams and quickly getting us to the high-speed rail station – amazing! 👍"

Downstairs, there are only late-night BBQ joints, and since it's not on a main road, you can only get a taxi through ride-sharing apps. The area is very quiet, and the room looks exactly like the photos – clean and tidy. The breakfast was also quite good, and the staff even came to ask if we wanted more food before clearing the dishes. Excellent and enthusiastic service!"
