I saw in the hotel brochure that there was a crib. When I asked the front desk, the young man at the front desk said indifferently that there was no crib. I asked if there were other cribs, such as bed rails, and he said directly. No, no, not at all. Finally, he impatiently said, "I'll think of a solution for you." Then he never called me back again. The hygiene is extremely poor: the carpet in the lobby is dirty. The socks in the children's playground where the children played were all black. I took a photo of the room when I checked in. The cold medicine bag from the previous guest was still there and had not been cleaned. . . . Final summary: This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Especially the service is unbelievable. It is not as comfortable as staying in more than 100 chain hotels before."
