酒店好老舊，維修保養很差勁，中央空調是個擺設，按鍵是沒用的，裝了兩個掛機空調代替。最不好是推銷代購景區門票，成人按官方價比網上貴20，9歲小孩説要買青年票120，最後自己去景點買小童票衹要65，還好沒有跟他們買。總的來説很差勁的體驗！

一、房間的門鎖是壞的，鎖不上，房間電話打不了，用手機打給前台説換房，房卡需要自己下樓去前台換，前台説衹有一個人送不了。
二、換了的新房間衹有一雙一次性拖鞋，用房間的電話打給房務中心沒有接，再打給前台也沒有人接，過了幾分鐘前台才打回來。
三、一次性拖鞋的質量特別差，底下紙板都沒有。
四、床上還有頭髮和灰，睡了一晚之後，臉上身上長紅點過敏。
五、因為是連住兩天，第二天早上十點沒有敲門就直接刷房卡打算進來，因為當時我們正好在房間掛了安全鏈，工作人員發現房門打不開才意識到裏面有人，和我們解釋是打掃衞生。
六、搞衞生把一次性拖鞋收走後，沒有補充新的，還需要自己打電話給前台説需要新的一次性拖鞋。
七、隔音特別特別差，隔壁房間插上充電頭的聲音我們在房間都能聽得清，睡覺的時候半夜被外面吵醒了很多次。
八、複式的房間，一樓衹有燒水壺和吹風機兩個插座，沒有別的插座，充電要走上二樓的牀頭櫃充電。

離東江景區很近，衹要2.3分鐘就能去景區，車子丟在酒店處很方便，前台小哥哥超級好，服務特別好，問他那裡有什麼好吃的都特別熱情的告訴我們，房屋還有給我們做升級，空間超大，而且很舒服。

來郴州看小東江 找了一個離東江湖比較近的民宿 離遊客中心很近，酒店比較安靜 休息得很好
房間的衞生乾淨 設施齊全 温馨，舒服，前台服務很好，熱情大方，耐心，問關於景點的問題 都耐心回答 值得推薦

沒想到就在景區門口還能鬧中取靜的這麼一個住處。酒店的裝修風格很好看，房間大小適中，服務也很好，停車不但方便而且免費。衹是入住時間是週末，旁邊來了一些非常喧鬧的客人，開着房門，大呼小叫的，有點遺憾。
