入住前幾天，客服就添加我的小綠，説有啥疑問都可以諮詢！人沒到，服務先到！點贊
當天晚上7點到達，車門還沒打開，店裡就有小姐姐幫忙搬行李箱，熱情快速開好房卡，幫我們拿行李到房間，服務十分周到！
房間佈置很温馨，乾淨整潔，沒有一絲臟污！床具舒適！值得一提的是淋浴很猛，美美洗澡完就可以睡覺！
綜上所述，我十分滿意此次住店體驗！

國慶假期出行小東江前在攜程篩了兩個小時，發現大家對資興、郴州、莽山、宜章的酒店、民宿普遍評價就是臟、黴味、服務不好，最後選擇了相對評價正面的棲舍。第二天早上10點就收到了客服的電話，到店到離店全程非常熱情推薦吃飯的地方也非常正宗，訂了兩晚的第二天中午11點半行程變化退訂一晚也迅速處理，房間不大但乾淨整潔一樓格調高雅，感謝酒店幾個小姑娘周到的服務！

酒店內部環境不錯，房間温馨乾淨，一樓有書吧、桌球、象棋……晚上大家都出來活動的時候還挺熱鬧的，離東江湖風景區比較近。

🚗 交通：住宿門口就有停車，附近吃飯很近，距離小東江景點幾分鐘的距離

每年都會想着去郴州玩，過來郴州就一定住這裏，到了這裏很有回家的感覺，每處地方看得出都是店主用心佈置的。服務態度非常好，看到我三個孩子還專門為我們送多兩支水，給多兩支牙刷，還送水果給我們吃。一家人在大堂玩都可以很開心。下次會再來。

我們在這裏住了兩天非常舒服😌，因為是兩個女生感覺受到老闆和工作人員照顧了。進住的時候還泡了菊花茶給我們，因為第二天是小童節還送了很多小零食。第二天因為不熟悉路還問了很多相關的問題也幫我們問拼車，總體而言就是超級nice。

位置離東江湖景區很近，自駕出行很方便。
民宿一樓大廳有桌球、書櫃，免費提供咖啡，很適合家庭親子出遊。
老闆很注熱情，一到就搶着幫忙搬行李。發現訂的房間不太合適就幫忙協調換房間
還幫忙推薦當地特色美食和景點。
贈送的早餐是當地的特色殺豬粉，東江湖景色很不錯🥰
