I checked in at around 1 o’clock in the evening last night. Today, at 12 noon, the front desk informed that the check-out time is 12 o’clock. I said that I was eating out, please check out first. I took my luggage after dinner. The boy on duty at the front desk said no, they didn’t. It is convenient to make a house, and I can't touch my things. I say that I will charge 20 yuan for every hour of delay. I just want to collect the money and don't consider the convenience of the guests. When I checked out, the boy at the front desk told me to free me two hours and still charge 20 yuan for overtime. I asked Ctrip to coordinate. The boy was very upset and lost his temper. How can there be such a waiter? Result: The boy at the front desk of the hotel charged 20 yuan hard. Call Ctrip customer service. Ctrip is a very user-friendly service and refunded me the overcharge of 20 yuan. Recommendation: Ziyun City Convenience Hotel brand, strengthen management and services. I may also give feedback to the staff of the Guangzhou headquarters of Dongcheng Group, or Dongcheng Xinhua.

Nice room

犄角旮旯污漬多、灰塵多、有異味、蜘蛛🕷網、大冷天無熱空調，住這酒店挺鬧心，服務差，不推薦住這酒店垃圾很

好久沒住過如此差勁的酒店了，下午五點左右住進去的，才在房間呆了一會兒，樓上就想起裝修還是宰什麼東西的聲音（聲音停一會兒，一會兒又響起，斷斷續續的沒完沒了）。晚上九點還是十點左右有人來敲我房間門，説是我讓來修空調的（對了房間空調也是壞的，房間號是4005，），但我沒有跟前台説也沒有喊人來修，一個勁地叫我開門…… 今天早上八點左右就想起宰東西的聲音，我以為是在裝修，忍了…… 退房出來在電梯門口那裡原來是一個裝修工人拿着工具在門口那裡算裝修吧，就在我房間轉彎那裡，這個酒店是完全不考慮住客的感受的。 住進去時床單皺的，對了這個房間沒有窗户，勸大家還是選有窗户的，周邊一公里之內都是賣電瓶車那些的，沒有啥吃的，也沒有風景看，主打冷清風格……

規模可以就是設施陳舊，毛巾用得都發黃了

很想 服務：很好 環境：很好 衞生：很好 設施：很好

衞生乾淨，服務好，早餐也可以。總體性價比極高。

空調不好用，直接凍感冒了，屋裡冰涼，早餐特差，其他都還好
