É andata benissimo, il personale molto accogliente e disponibile ad ogni esigenza. La camera pulita è servita con tutto e ricca di dettagli come un piccolo salottino. Molto pulita e ordinata, bagno spazioso è molto comodo.

My travel colleague and I booked this hotel for only one night . It was near Bologna airport and thus we wanted to make our airport transfer easier and faster. The rooms were warm , clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We could not order a taxi because we had no Italian telephone lines . The staff also carried for us a taxi the next morning to take us to the airport.

The hotel is located in an industrial area but is not far away from Bologna city. The breakfast was decent but they end it too early (so on day 2 we had hardly any breakfast as we came at 09:55). The rooms are nice and they offer good facilities.

Ho soggiornato una notte e mi hanno dato un camera al.PT lato parcheggio. Era caldo e troppo presto per il clima. Ho lasciato una finestra ribaltata di notte e il traffico veicolare era fastidioso. Oltre a questo, per essere un 4 stelle, una camera non dovrebbe presentarsi come da foto che allego.

L'hotel è in una posizione strategica per chi, come noi, doveva solo uscire dall'autostrada ed andare ad un evento serale ma anche per coloro che devono organizzare un convegno con soggiorno. Hotel moderno, con camere comode e silenziose. Ho trovato personalmente scomodo il lavabo in bagno e poco pratico in generale per appoggiare lozioni, creme o quant'altro. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno con una ricca colazione a buffet.

Abito a Zola Predosa e per lavoro spesso accompagno miei collaboratori in questo hotel da anni (dove prenoto lasciando sempre la mia carta a garanzia), questo week end ho accompagnato 2 miei soci come di consueto, quando arrivo in hotel non trovo la solita ragazza alla reception (veramente molto brava e sveglia) ma un ragazzo che però rifiuta di farmi salire a salutare i miei soci nonostante ero disponibile a lasciargli il documento (come faccio sempre, oltretutto erano le 19 ed ero andato a prenderli per la cena) e la prenotazione era garantita dalla mia carta. Non ho voluto neanche perdere tempo a discutere con questo personaggio e me ne sono andato, il giorno successivo li ho spostati in altro hotel in zona dove sono più educati verso i propri clienti, è un peccato che dopo anni mi sia trovato in questa situazione grottesca proprio in un hotel da me scelto per i miei soci.
