We had an excellent stay here for 3 nights skiing. Excellent hospitality. We were welcomed by very attentive staff from the moment we arrived. The manager was really nice and there was one particular member of staff who looked after us each evening for dinner (room 208 from 3rd to 6th march) who was really polite, helpful and just couldn't do enough for us. He said good morning and evening each time we saw him and always checked if we needed anything. We went with the half board option and each evening we had a lovely 3 course meal. Drinks very reasonably priced. The rooms are basic bit have a lovely view of the mountains. The shower is lovely and hot. Beds and pillows are a bit firm. Stunning view from the restaurant! Thanks everyone at Corona you made our skiing trip fabulous. We will see you again.

I had room for myself and beside average look room was quite good. Someone might have more complaint about the room itself but I was mostly out skiing and came back for diner, some table tennis in game room and sleep. Bed was OK-ish (nothing special). My biggest complaint would be for water pressure. Showering took much longer than usual. Ski and ski boots deposit was very nice. Staff was very friendly. Food was very good too. Breakfast was basically the same every day but there was variety for everyone. COVID measures were followed to the letter (green pass, negative test on check in, face masks).

Sicuramente una buona posizione lungo la strada principale…. ma Albergo molto vecchio, camera rumorosissima anche di notte.. difficoltà nell’alzare le tapparelle in quanto molto vecchie. Non si può chiedere una cifra così per un albergo vecchio.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per il carnevale, lo staff é ben preparato e regala un ottimo servizio la cucina é ben organizzata e il menu ti offre dei piatti tipici e saporiti. Devo fare i complimenti al caposala Lorenzo per la sua gentilezza e cortesia, sicuramente torneremo.

Ci dispiace ma non ci siamo trovati per niente bene. I copriletti pieni di macchie e senza una coperta sotto, abbiamo dovuto dormire solo con il lenzuolo. Camera 3 piano bagno piccolissimo e senza finestra con lavandino piccolissimo e riga nera sul bordo della doccia. Vetri finestra sporchi. Non c'erano coperte e neppure un cuscino aggiuntivi. Tv piccolissimo dove funzionavano solo pochi canali. Ristorante pessimo. Una coppia dopo la notte ha prurito e bollicine sul corpo. Non ci torneremo.

Sono tanti anni che frequentiamo questo hotel e la professionalità e gentilezza del direttore e di tutto lo staff ci fanno sentire come a casa. Il cibo è ottimo e la colazione abbondante. L' hotel si trova in un posto strategico ed è dotato di un pulmino per raggiungere gli impianti senza preoccuparsi del traffico e del parcheggio. Ci torniamo sempre volentieri.

Direzione , Staff e Cucina eccellente e riscontrato tantissima cortesia e professionalità. Da consigliare e ritornare . Abbiamo passato una settimana fantastica . L'hotel è situato ad un chilometro dagli impianti con servizio navetta. Lorenzo Caposala troppa roba !!! Già prenotato per il Prossimo Anno

Disponibilità e gentilezza sono di casa. Il cibo è ottimo e servito con cura. L'attenzione alle esigenze del cliente sono sempre la priorità di uno staff solidale e l'armonia si percepisce. Ottima animazione di Matteo La navetta per le piste è gratuita (5 minuti) e non serve più spostare la macchina. Facilmente raggiungibile anche in caso di meteo sfavorevole. Io lo adoro

Esperienza stupenda , peccato solo per un week end. L’ hotel è molto accogliente , ma soprattutto il personale e il receptionist Andrea , una persona squisita e disponibile. Cibo ottimo. Hotel situato a meno di un km da Palma parco giochi (dove puoi stare in famiglia e goderti la neve e il paesaggio). Ci ritorneremo sicuramente 🤗
