We stayed for two nights to see the Iguazu Falls on the Argentine side. It's more cottage-style than a hotel, simple, but it has basic functions and I didn't feel any inconvenience. The receptionist was kind and helpful, and there was breakfast every day. The only thing I was worried about was that there was little soundproofing function, and the sound from outside and the sound of rain were quite echoing. This may be unavoidable, but I was worried when the sound of the motorcycle was sleeping because it was near the traffic road. I slept with earplugs, so it was pretty good, but if you plan to stay from now on, you can take it into consideration.
Staff were super friendly and left a note and cake for my bf when it was his birthday. Unexpected and very sweet. Great at giving different options for transport around the area. Location couldn't be better a minute walk to the bus terminal. We used the bus every day travelling to iguazu falls Argentina and Brasil side.
Simple room, but clean, convenient and affordable.
The owner also tried hard to introduce me to the tour guide in English.
I said I wanted to find a travel agency, and he repeated several times that I could find a travel agency. I can also tell you the names of several travel agencies, but people usually buy their own tickets and go self-service, which is much cheaper.
In the end, I didn't find a travel agency and went there by myself.
The hotel is right next to the 'One Glance, Three Countries' spot, which is a bit far from the Grand Waterfall. The Grand Waterfall is very close to the airport, so if you're short on time, going back and forth would be very inconvenient. The hotel offers food at any time, which is incredibly convenient!
minutes walk from the bus terminal
There is an uphill road and I am a little tired
minutes walk from the Three Kingdoms Observation Deck
15 minutes walking distance from the liveliest walking food festival in town
The room is very mini can and Japanese Pick
Hanging the Marriott sign
Does Marriott know of such a subordinate hotel?
If there is no hanging outside the window the environment is relatively quiet
But whenever there is a family turned on air conditioning for people who sleep lightly is a nightmare
There is a shuttle bus from the airport directly to the hotel door for 9000 pesos
Hotel taxi to airport 23000 pesos
The tourist information desk on the first floor is direct or reliable
Breakfast has a lot of pastries. It's ok
The fourth floor has a swimming pool also overlooking the Friendship Bridge and the Ferris wheel
When I arrived at the hotel, the electricity was disabled for all my arrival time (2 days). The room died of a cockroach from the oven because the air conditioner was not working. All the street was electricity except our hotel. The host did not take any action. They had lights on the solar panel, which means that electricity is often turned off here.
Mercure is so reliable with reception Lucia who can speak fluent English. She is so kind to help us book tango show for us. the breakfast nascent a variety of bread, pastry’s, fruit and bacon etc. We enjoyed the salad and risotto in the restaurant although the rib eye has let us down. The hotel is conveniently located about half an hour from the airport and 15 mins to Iguazu Fall and town centre. The tour guide could’ve pick us up easily in the morning after a full breakfast.
We highly recommend Mercure to travellers.
Excellent location, right beside the bus stop which is the main means of transportation in the city. Close to good restaurants. Well spoken (english) receptionist and very friendly and helpful (Thank you Ivan for arranging the boat trip).
Only inconvenience for me was, no electric water heater (for coffee) in room, have to walk to the lobby every time.
Room was really spacious, toilet was clean but small. Anyway, its a good place to book.

GGuest UserGreat hotel with good on-site facilities. The rooftop bar and pool were a favourite. Has a restaurant, Cafe and inside bar. Rooms are spacious with private balconies facing lush greenery. Very helpful staff.

BBarrsHotel Lillian is conveniently located less than a five minute walk to the bus station. There are lots of restaurants around and it's walkable to do a lot of the attractions in town. The staff was extremely helpful with information and cheerfully answered all of my questions, even lending me an electrical adapter. The room was adequate and a decent value, but a bit outdated. The breakfast is fairly bland, consisting only of coffee, juice, and various pastries. All in all, a good stay!
