The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Beijing Walking Street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very professional and enthusiastic; check-in was quick and their explanations were clear and accurate. Room service was also meticulous and thoughtful. The buffet breakfast offered a rich selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I look forward to returning if I have the chance.

Love the location, the metro station Yangang has line 11 and GF line which connects you most places of interest. The apt room is clean everyday and the staff are really helpful at the desk. There are plenty of food choices at exit B of Yangang station and the streets around the area..

This was my first stay at an IHG property, specifically the InterContinental Zhuhai, as I usually opt for Marriott hotels. However, my experience with IHG this time was genuinely impressive. The executive lounge, unlike Marriott's, wasn't a crowded marketplace, which made for a truly comfortable experience. I also really loved the wooden room key. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

This is my second time visiting Chimelong Zhuhai, and since my main purpose this trip was to see the killer whales at the Spaceship Park, I booked a stay at the Spaceship Hotel. Overall, it's not the most impressive hotel in the Chimelong series, but it still maintains the standard quality you'd expect from Chimelong. Room Facilities: The front desk upgraded us to a Moon Exploration King Room. The room size was moderate, perhaps a bit smaller than the room we stayed in at Chimelong Qingyuan, but overall, it was comfortable. The facilities looked well-maintained and new, with vibrant colors that are kid-friendly. Value for Money: The package deal (scenic spot + hotel) was slightly more expensive than at Chimelong Qingyuan, but the price felt acceptable, especially considering the excellent tourist facilities and service quality at Chimelong. Breakfast: My expectations were high, but I was a little disappointed. Perhaps the breakfast variety at the Chimelong Qingyuan hotel was just too extensive, as the selection here at the Spaceship Hotel felt somewhat limited. However, the quality of the breakfast was still very good. Wi-Fi: Fast and stable signal. Bed: Neither too soft nor too hard, very comfortable. Restaurant: We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the top floor, and it was a great experience, much better than at Chimelong Qingyuan, and the service quality was also superior. Cleanliness: Exceeded expectations; it was extremely clean and tidy. Parking: You can park directly in the underground parking lot. During the off-peak season, there were plenty of available spaces. Room View: From the room, you can directly see the roof of the Spaceship Park, offering an expansive view. Location and Transportation: This is something Chimelong excels at; each park is tightly integrated with its respective hotel. You can access the park directly from the hotel by just going downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. Service: Overall good, though the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming; they seemed a bit stone-faced. Swimming Pool: There's an infinity pool on the top floor which looked nice, though it's a bit small. Guests can use it for free. Gym: Well-equipped and very functional, but it seems to close at 9:30 PM.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay in Chaozhou We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Chaozhou Riverside and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Check-in was smooth, questions were answered quickly, and throughout our stay the service remained warm and attentive without ever feeling forced. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel memorable. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after long days exploring Chaozhou, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We also appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the room, including complimentary soft drinks in the minibar, bottled water, bathrobes, quality tea and coffee facilities, and plenty of storage space. The river view was another highlight. Waking up and looking out over the Han River and the city skyline was a wonderful way to start the day. The room felt peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Everything felt well maintained and cared for, from the guest room to the common areas. What impressed us most was how the staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable. Great facilities are important, but outstanding service is what truly sets a hotel apart, and this team delivered exactly that. If you’re visiting Chaozhou and looking for a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful river views, and a relaxing atmosphere, I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Chaozhou Riverside. A wonderful stay and easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Guangdong.

Blindly picked this hotel for a short trip and my experience exceeded expectations. The environment is serene and quiet, with lots of greenery which is very calming. Housekeeping was meticulous; no water stains in the bathroom, no hair on the floor. The staff were warm and attentive, and they even delivered takeout right to my door. The room facilities were well-maintained and looked brand new; plenty of hot water, fast Wi-Fi, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a good rest after a long day. Super value for money!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel provided perfect staycation vibe for a couple of nights. Facilities are very good and the place is close to so many good restaurants with weekend markets just right outside. Everyone has been super nice, attending to our needs and requests, even opening the doors of our service cars for us is just excellent. Front desk and c/s speaks english and very accomodating! I highly suggest this to all visitors in Zhuhai!

The first impression I had from Atour Hotel was warm and thoughtful. From the moment I entered the door, the smiles of the staff and the hot tea handed in in time made people put down the fatigue of the journey. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the design details were attentive. What impressed me most was a bowl of free stomach warm porridge late at night, simple but intimate, so that the night of business trips has a feeling of home. Good hotel is not only a place to sleep, but also a station that can make people feel at ease. Atour did it.

The room was clean and hygienic, and all the facilities were quite new. I was especially surprised by the vanity in the bathroom, with separate toilet and shower areas, and two sinks, which was very convenient for families. All the hotel staff were enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The mineral water park area was quite large and even had a surfing zone, which was a unique experience. After playing in the normal temperature water, you could go soak in the hot springs nearby, which was incredibly relaxing. We had dinner and dim sum at the Liufu Restaurant on the second floor, and both offered excellent value for money.

Chose this Atour hotel for my trip to Zhongshan, and my overall experience was perfect! The location is fantastic, really close to all the tourist spots, making getting around super easy. The room was clean and tidy, and the pillows were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. All the towels were individually sealed, and the bathroom had anti-slip mats, showing great attention to hygiene details, which was reassuring. The smart features like one-click screen mirroring on the TV and remote-controlled curtains by the bed were convenient and easy to use. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were quick to clear tables after guests finished eating. The hotel also has a gym and a laundry room with dryers, so the facilities are excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Zhongshan!
