"Came to Macau for a concert and decided to stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations! I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk staff upgraded my room for free. The service was warm and attentive, and check-in was very smooth. The room was well-maintained and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is a huge plus; it's very convenient to catch a taxi right outside to various attractions and venues, saving time and effort getting around. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Macau!"

"I thought this was a great stay for the price, and incredibly easy to book using Trip.com. First off, very convenient that they provided the free airport shuttle service, especially as a foreigner. They will message you from Trip.com and arrange for your pick-up from the airport which was very speedy. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Great AC power. Washroom very clean and modern too. The price (in CAD dollars) was so incredibly worth it! Would recommend!"

"This hotel deserves a five-star rating for its overall experience. It's located right opposite the Paifang Street entrance and has its own rare private parking lot. The new Chinese-style decor is classic and grand, and the guest rooms are spotlessly clean and bright. All facilities are well-maintained and fully equipped. The entire staff provides warm and attentive service. There are also various complimentary self-service teas available in the lobby. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Chaozhou! 💯"

"This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel, and as soon as I walked in, the front desk proactively offered me hot tea and provided service with a smile throughout my stay. They have a lobby library, a self-service laundry room (with the room TV showing its availability), a gym, and even offer warm congee late at night. The only minor drawback was the showerhead; even on the 5th floor, the water pressure was low, and it felt like the holes were clogged. Also, the air conditioning, even on the lowest setting, was a bit noisy. The most pleasant surprise was the wireless charger on the bedside table. Overall, it's excellent value for money and a great experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Zhongshan."

"Arrived at Baiyun Airport past midnight, and it was great to have airport and subway transfers! It was a thoughtful touch to receive a complimentary drink upon arrival. The room size was just right, and there were plenty of local eateries, massage places, and supermarkets nearby, which was super convenient! The front desk lady was also very friendly. I'll definitely book again if I have another layover!"

"The location is super convenient, close to both the commercial street and the main entrance. The beach is right downstairs, which my kids absolutely loved. The room has a fantastic view; I could see the sea right from my bed. The large balcony and open kitchen made barbecuing a breeze, making Xiaojing Bay the perfect spot for our friends' gathering. Service: The owner's service was excellent, very responsive, and any small issues we had were promptly resolved."

"The past few days in Chaozhou have been scorching, with temperatures at 36°C and a 'feels like' temperature of 43°C – absolutely sweltering! The hotel thoughtfully provided an extra power card, so every time I returned drenched in sweat from exploring, the best part was being greeted by a blast of cold air and a chilled bottled water from the mini-fridge – pure bliss! The reception area also had a fridge stocked with plenty of complimentary bottled water, which was a very nice touch. Inside the room, there were some local Chaoshan snacks, which were quite tasty. When I inquired where to buy them, the hotel even had an auntie bring us more to sample – I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is only about 100 meters from Kaiyuan Temple, making it incredibly convenient to walk to attractions like the Ancient City, Guangji Bridge, and Xima Road. I even walked to Guangji Bridge three times in one day and didn't feel tired. There are also plenty of food options and souvenir shops nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, and the pillows were very comfortable. The lovely ladies at reception and the cleaning aunties were all very warm and provided excellent service. Because the heat was so unbearable, I decided last minute to have lunch at the snack shop right next door. I ordered Chaozhou braised platter rice and pig offal kway teow, and to my surprise, they were incredibly delicious – tasting just like traditional home-cooked Chaozhou food. The pig offal kway teow had a light flavor, and for only 15 yuan, it was packed with ingredients; adding black vinegar elevated the taste even further. This hotel is definitely worth recommending!"

"I booked this hotel because it’s very close to the Dongmen Pedestrian Street. The hotel is located down an alley that feels a bit dirty, but once you reach the main street, you’re surrounded by endless shopping and food options. Dongmen is a huge area, and staying here lets you start exploring from a part of the district that many visitors might not normally see. The hotel itself is okay, but it’s currently undergoing renovations, which it definitely needs. It’s nice that they have a laundry room, although it’s really just a room with two washing machines. The staff and cleaners were all very friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay."
