The great part is the location very convenient few minutes walk to MRT Hua Qiang Lu and shopping mall. And the price is affordable and consider cheap. I stay in level 5 corner unit, from window can see the main shopping mall but a bit noisy from the car sound even if I closed the window. The roof top having 2 whaling machines for clothing . But I only found it on my last day. I stayed 3 nights in Maker Hotel.

Very good hotel for business travelers. I am vegetarian and I had no trouble with the breakfast options. Metro station is about 800m walk. Hotel staff is friendly, Xiao Yan & Xiao Peng were very helpful

Very Good location right at Beijing Lu shopping street.
Excellent services provided by Xiao Chai (Chai Yong), who is very accommodating and attentive in providing detailed information and help us planned our sightseeing daily during our 3 nights stay.
We highly recommend to stay at Gionee Light Hotel for the location, very comfortable bed and fantastic services provided by Xiao Chai and his team.
We will definitely be back to Gionee again!

Location is very convenient and mrt is just few mins walk from hotel. The room quite small and no fridge but they have free laundry services picked up fr your room n send over once done if stat long period. I stayed for 6 nights. Beijing street is just nearby too but tried to avoid weekend as it is super crowded.

I had a very comfortable two-day stay here.
The queen-size bed was huge, The pillows were fluffy and soft, allowing me to sleep soundly every night.
The hotel’s location is excellent . there are convenience stores and several restaurants within a 30-second walk, many of which stay open late at night. The porridge from a nearby street-side shop was surprisingly delicious.
The breakfast buffet was also nice, especially the porridge and fresh fruit. The hotel faces a main road, with a pedestrian bridge nearby, making it easy to catch a taxi in any direction.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting me with my room extension and breakfast arrangements.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, thanks to the comfortable environment.

Definitely the best hotel on our trip in China, has 4-star facilities. The hotel looks new, the room was spacious, beds really comfortable. We also really like the Dongmen area, it is really vibrant, Luohu port for HK is only 2 metro stops away.

This hotel is a mere 10-minute walk to Luohu Port, making it incredibly convenient for crossing over to Hong Kong. It's also surrounded by metro and bus stations, offering excellent transportation links in all directions. The hotel staff are very friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. The free parking is a huge plus. And the restaurant downstairs serves delicious food!

One of the most commendable aspects of staying at this hotel is the 24-hour shuttle service, which eliminates any worry about transportation to the airport. However, it should be noted that if you require an airport pick-up service, it is necessary to make an appointment with the hotel in advance. The most convenient channel for this is via the WeChat app. The most convenient meeting point is Terminal 1, Gate 12, the lane for small vehicles. This spot is authorized for vehicles to wait and pick up guests, ensuring a hassle-free experience in finding or waiting for the car. Additionally, the convenient proximity to restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel significantly enhanced the overall comfort.

The toiletries were high quality, and thoughtful extras like makeup remover pads and conditioner were provided, plus a weighing scale and an umbrella, which added a nice touch.
The service was an absolute highlight. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. They proactively helped with luggage and provided detailed information on local restaurants, parking strategies, and sightseeing routes. The hotel facilities were excellent: the air conditioning heated up quickly, and the Wi-Fi was stable and fast, perfect for working or streaming shows without any issues. Some room types even come with a scenic balcony, offering a superb view.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. Hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks were all available. The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

CCybelleI chose this hotel primarily due to its proximity to the metro and the appealing photos shared online, which initially gave a good impression.
However, upon arrival, the actual condition of the hotel did not quite match the images. The property appeared somewhat run-down, and it was farther from major tourist attractions than expected. Communication with the front desk was also challenging due to a significant language barrier.
On a positive note, the surrounding area had some conveniences, including a good dim sum restaurant across the street, a mini grocery store, a McDonald’s, and a nearby pharmacy.
Despite these nearby amenities, I personally would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. It did not feel particularly secure or family-friendly. For example, food delivery personnel were allowed direct access to the hotel floors and could leave orders right at the room door, which raised safety and privacy concerns. Additionally, I found it inappropriate that items such as condoms were available for purchase via QR code inside the room.
Overall, my experience fell short of expectations, and I would suggest exploring other accommodation options for a more comfortable and secure stay.

We picked Rosewood mainly because of its great location. It was super close to where we needed to be for our appointments. Plus, it’s near Canton Tower and directly connected to K11, which made it really convenient to just pop downstairs for shopping or meals.
The room had a moody, dimly lit vibe mixed with modern Chinese touches—stylish and cozy. There were lots of clever little design details, like a calligraphy brush that doubles as a stylus when you remove the tip. My kid absolutely loved that!
During our stay, the staff were patient, friendly, and pretty quick to respond. The service matched what you’d expect at this price point—nothing over the top, but definitely solid. It felt like, ”Yeah, it’s good, but no big surprises.”

The hotel’s breakfast buffet was the highlight for my little one. There was a great variety of food—fresh and tasty. Best of all, we got to enjoy the city view while eating. The seating was well spaced, so it never felt crowded or noisy. We really enjoy the breakfast and had such good time .
【Safety Hazard】
The only downside was the bathroom layout—it’s a bit of a safety issue. There are two very low steps between the bathroom entrance and the shower area. Both my kid and I almost tripped. Even though there’s a non-slip strip on the floor as a warning, it doesn’t help much. Just a heads-up—be careful when you walking in.

Since we were short on time, we had lunch at the same restaurant where breakfast is served. It’s à la carte for lunch, and the experience was just okay. The food was nothing special, and the staff seemed busy but not very attentive—it was hard to get their attention. Our lobster pasta took over 40 minutes to arrive, and no one warned us about the wait. My kid got so hungry, he ended up filling up on bread. By the time the pasta came, he was already full. Unless you’re really into the enviroment, otherwise I'm really not recommend.

AAnonymous UserThe room was excellent—very spacious and well-equipped. It came with a dining table, a dressing table, a full-length mirror, and a good-quality hairdryer (not the cheap kind). There was also a fridge in the room. The bathroom was big and family-friendly, come with washing machine and detergent perfect for those traveling with kids, and the smart toilet was a great bonus 👍🏻
The front desk staff were also amazing. They helped me collect my parcels every day, and we could always ask them if we needed anything. They also provided free mineral water, disposable face towels, and slippers.
The location is fantastic. The metro station is right downstairs, so there’s no need to walk far. Even on rainy days, you won’t get wet going to the station. There are also shopping malls and lots of good food nearby.
Highly recommended! We will definitely stay at this apartment again next time

JJueduixianzhuoThe hotel's front desk service was excellent, with staff members always wearing a pleasant smile, making me feel incredibly welcome. The invoicing process was also quick and efficient. I highly recommend staying here.
However, there were two minor issues. Firstly, I was informed that the airport shuttle bus was full, so I had to take a taxi to the hotel myself. Secondly, the in-room Wi-Fi was practically unusable, barely loading WeChat. When I turned off the Wi-Fi, my phone's 5G signal was also very poor. These aspects definitely need improvement.
