My stay here was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, just across the road from Guangzhou East Railway Station and the subway, making travel and commuting super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the pillows were soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's dining options are also impressive. The breakfast spread was ample, and the afternoon tea and late-night 'he fen' (rice noodles) were authentic and delicious – truly a fantastic experience. I particularly want to commend the front desk service. I was in a hurry during checkout and accidentally left some luggage in my room. A front desk lady noticed this and contacted me immediately. She also thoughtfully packed my belongings and arranged for them to be shipped back to me. Their prompt and considerate handling of the situation was incredibly touching. All the staff members were gentle, patient, and reliable. Overall, everything about this hotel was outstanding, with attention to detail evident throughout. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Guangzhou. I highly recommend it.

Stayed at CityNote Hotel on Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and really enjoyed the experience. The location is hard to beat — you’re steps from the Beijing Lu metro station and can walk straight out into the pedestrian street with its shops, food stalls, and nightlife. Pearl River and several of the city’s historic sites (Nanyue King’s Palace Museum, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall) are all within easy reach on foot or a short ride. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good work desk, air conditioning, and a well-equipped bathroom — everything you need for a business or leisure stay. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the property, which mattered a lot for keeping up with work while traveling. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. For the price point, this is genuinely great value given how central it is — you can walk to nearly everything in old Guangzhou without needing a taxi. Would happily stay here again on a future trip.

My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Besides having a wonderful birthday trip, we also gained a rich experience in human connection. Thank you to everyone at Futian MO. We'll definitely be staying here again! ^.^

This time, we celebrated our anniversary by staying in an Executive Room at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou, and the overall experience was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, the bellboy promptly came over to help with our luggage, and then we checked in directly at the Executive Lounge. It was very efficient, and we didn't have to wait in line at the main lobby. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a card and a cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was a very nice touch. What left the deepest impression was the service. No matter where we were in the hotel, every staff member we encountered greeted us kindly, making us feel right at home. I'd especially like to commend Nicolo from the Executive Lounge, Oriental Club. From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly welcoming. Every time we visited the Executive Lounge, he remembered our names and always chatted with us pleasantly, with a smile on his face. His service was professional and friendly, adding many wonderful memories to our trip. Additionally, Yamy and Silvia, who handled our check-out at the Executive Lounge, proactively asked if we wanted to pack some drinks and also gave us a refrigerator magnet. The only thing that needs improvement is the late check-out policy. The front desk initially told me that it depended on availability and was generally not possible, and in the end, they could only extend it until 2 PM. Considering that hotels of a similar caliber usually offer more flexible late check-out options, I hope the hotel will actively consider extending the late check-out time.

It’s very convenient for getting around, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, and attractions nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel also provides all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. I really appreciated their hospitality and great service. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The central location makes it a great choice for both sightseeing and business trips. Everything you need is within easy reach, and getting around the city is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The transportation around here is super convenient. The room amenities are also quite impressive, especially the smart speaker Xiaodu which is very useful. They even have robots that deliver food, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick it up. The environment is also pretty good, very elegant. The front desk staff are warm and provide excellent service, and the rooms are very clean. It's still great even after multiple stays.

This homestay really surprised me! The location is excellent, downstairs is Wanda, eating, drinking and having fun in one stop, the key is that the whole street downstairs is full of food stalls, from barbecue to sugar water shop to fried powder stall, the nightingale atmosphere is directly full, the fireworks are full, and the food is super satisfying. More pleasantly, you can walk to the beach, and it is very pleasant to walk with the sea breeze in the evening. It is also very convenient to play in the water. The price is also very cheap, this location can get this price, the price is really nothing to say. The only small episode is that there are occasional traffic jams around, especially on weekends and evenings. It is recommended that friends who drive by themselves plan parking or staggered travel in advance. But the flaws are not concealed, the overall experience of living is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the landlord is also enthusiastic.
