Guest UserI specifically brought my child to Huitengxile and, after comparing several options, chose Huiteng Mug歌. It completely shattered my stereotype of yurts being primitive! The yurt itself was spacious, with an private bathroom offering stable 24-hour hot water, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for both heating and cooling. Given the significant temperature difference between day and night on the grassland, sleeping with the heating on at night was incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness was exceptional; the bedding was changed for each guest and had no odors, and even the floor and bathroom corners were spotless. I felt completely at ease staying there with my child.
Stepping out, you're greeted by vast alpine grasslands with lush green grass and white windmills. You can watch the sunrise in the morning, and at night, with no light pollution, you can lie in bed and gaze at a sky full of stars. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively suggesting grassland sightseeing routes. The restaurant's Mongolian dishes were authentic, the milk tea was rich, and they even offered milder options perfect for kids. The camp had a free bonfire party, which created a fantastic atmosphere, and parking for chartered cars was convenient. If you're looking for an immersive grassland accommodation experience, this place is a must-book!

Guest UserThis hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was spotless, with plenty of hot water and a comfy bed. The front desk staff were very friendly, and there's a snack street right downstairs. It's also super close to all the attractions, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

The hotel is about 4 kilometers away from the highway. The hotel is very convenient for parking and dining. There is a gas station more than 100 meters away from the hotel, so it is a good choice to take a break as a self-driving tour. In addition, hotel services and facilities are also good.

TeobisataWe stayed at Lotus Hotel for two nights and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The biggest highlight is definitely the location. The hotel is set in the middle of the desert, making it a unique and memorable destination. Reaching the resort is part of the adventure: you first take a cable car, then transfer to a jeep shuttle that brings you directly to the hotel. The hotel staff can transport your luggage for you, although it may take up to two hours before it arrives in your room.
The reception area is warm and welcoming. The staff explain how the resort is organized and help guests understand the various facilities. Since the property is very large, transportation within the resort is well organized. The guest rooms are spread across different rings, and in the lower ring you can call a small train that picks you up and takes you directly to your room, which is very convenient given the long walking distances. The same service is available when returning.
The hotel offers plenty of facilities for both adults and children. Near the entrance there is a buffet area, while the ground floor features several recreational spaces, including an ice-skating rink, game rooms with billiards, archery, and other activities. Outside, there is a large shaded sand play area for children with staff members available to supervise and entertain them. Throughout the resort there are also shuttle trains that can pick you up if you prefer not to walk.
In the evening there are live entertainment shows, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The main dining hall is spacious, the food is good, and everything is included. There is also a hot pot restaurant on the first floor if you want an alternative dining experience.
One of the most beautiful parts of the stay is the outdoor entertainment park at night. Guests walk through the desert on a beautifully illuminated wooden walkway while enjoying performances, shows, balloons, and activities for children. The evening temperatures are very pleasant, especially during summer, making it a fantastic experience.
The exterior entertainment park includes many complimentary activities, such as VIP camel riding, guided off-road rides, zip lines, and a water park. Transportation between the hotel and the park is free and very efficient, with buses, themed boats, small trains, and other fun vehicles.
You can easily spend one or even two days here. Most of the main activities can be experienced in one day, but there is enough to keep you entertained longer.
The staff are always friendly and eager to help, and there are many employees throughout the resort. However, most of them are very young and sometimes lack experience, resulting in avoidable mistakes. Additional training would certainly improve the overall service. Another significant drawback is the language barrier. Very few staff members speak English, and during our two-night stay we found only one person who could communicate sufficiently.
The room itself is simple and quite small, but that's not really the focus of this type of resort since you'll spend most of your time enjoying the activities outside. If you're looking to relax in your room, this may not be the ideal place.
The bathroom definitely needs renovation. The shower was disappointing, and when we entered the room there was an unpleasant pee smell that suggested cleaning standards could be improved. Overall, the room was acceptable, but for the price I expected better housekeeping and maintenance.
Despite these shortcomings, the incredible location, the wide variety of activities, and the overall experience make Lotus Hotel a destination worth visiting. I would definitely come back, probably for one night rather than two, simply because most attractions can be enjoyed in a full day. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique desert resort experience.

Guest UserThis is my third time staying at this hotel, and it keeps getting better. My experience truly exceeded expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and go shopping. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft I slept incredibly well. The bathroom was spotless, with a separate wet and dry area, and no unpleasant smells. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was fast, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The public areas were clean and quiet. I have to praise the breakfast—it had a great variety and tasted delicious. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The entire environment is cozy and comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

HuafengmenchuangzhizuoshuangjingxiangTraveling solo, I arrived too late at the Inner Mongolia Museum to even glance around, so I booked another night to rest. The guesthouse is more of an apartment-style stay. The actual hotel is through a glass door next to where you check in, then you take an elevator to your floor. (The property security is to the right as you enter.) I found the hygiene to be quite average; I even saw a cockroach after waking up in the middle of the night. The facilities are complete with air conditioning, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. There's a water heater for showers, but the water turns cold after a while, so you need to mind your shower time. There were some construction materials piled up outside the door of my room, causing a slight odor.

Guest UserThe campsite in the northern part is probably the best one. If you want to experience a yurt, this is the place to do it, the scenery is much more beautiful than the one in Heishantou. You get sunsets, singing performances, bonfires, and a starry sky. Slippers, toiletries, and liquid mosquito repellent are all provided. The shower water is unstable; it's a trickle and fluctuates between hot and cold. Four bottles of water are provided, and you have to pay for any extra. Breakfast is enough to fill you up.

YiranzileThis hotel is definitely worth staying at. The front desk staff are professional, warm, and attentive. The rooms are large, clean, and tidy with expansive views where you can see the Chilechuan Grassland and horse racing. You can enjoy the grassland until 8 or 9 PM, and the night view is beautiful. The 'Eternal Horse Song' show is just a three-minute walk away. Breakfast includes local specialties like lamb offal soup and milk tea. The Chilechuan Grassland is right downstairs, making it perfect for photos. The hotel even provided welcome fruit, and watching the horse racing from the balcony was absolutely fantastic!

Guest UserTaking advantage of the May Day holiday, I spontaneously embarked on a trip without much planning, intending to decide things as I went along. My classmate's mother recommended this hotel. To find a 5-star guesthouse-level hotel at this price during May Day was truly exceptional value for money. The hotel environment is excellent; although some areas were undergoing renovation, it didn't detract from the overall guest experience. The front office manager was incredibly welcoming, asking about our travel plans and offering genuine advice, such as visiting Dazhao Temple in the evening and reminding us about the significant temperature difference between day and night, suggesting we dress warmly. On my second day, I had originally planned to go to Chilechuan and then the desert, but she advised me to visit the desert first and then Chilechuan if time permitted. I readily took her advice, and the trip turned out to be perfect. The hotel's breakfast was fantastic and highly recommended. I look forward to staying here again during the summer holidays!
