Stayed at Pan Pacific Suzhou and had a really pleasant experience overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay extra relaxing. One of the highlights was the perks that come with being an in-house guest—there are quite a number of privileges that make the stay feel more worthwhile and enjoyable. The hotel itself has a beautiful, serene atmosphere, perfect for a quiet getaway while still being in the city. If there’s one downside, it would be the location in terms of convenience to public transport. Although it’s mentioned to be near train stations, the walk to the nearest ones is actually a bit further than expected, especially if you’re carrying luggage or travelling in the heat. Also, for older guests, it may be a good idea to request a room closer to the main lobby, as the property is quite large and distances within the hotel can be a bit of a walk. Overall, still a lovely stay and would recommend for those who value space, comfort, and a more tranquil environment.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the subway station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was superb, ensuring a great night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the lobby to the guest rooms, everything was spotless. What really stood out was the hotel service; the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and professional.

Stayed in Building 18, Guanfangyuan. The room was great, and they even provided welcome fruits and the famous Yangzhou University yogurt! If you have kids, you can call the front desk and ask for a little yellow duck children's toiletry kit, which the kids loved!!! There were also swans and goldfish that were really easy to feed. You can get free fish food and swan food from the front desk! (Only fish food and swan food are free; other animals like cats and rabbits require you to buy food yourself.) One time, I was craving some Coke, so I wrote a note and put it in the fridge asking for two bottles. To my surprise, the front desk replied with a witty message and sent four bottles of Coke!!! (I didn't upload the picture). This review is a bit long, but I'm truly very satisfied!!!

Unexpectedly good! Both front desk ladies were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The small courtyard was exquisite. Just across the road is Laomendong, which is super convenient. What made me happiest were the little birds and cats. It's pet-friendly, and there were guests with cute little dogs.

Pros: 1. The entire place is smart-enabled, from the curtains and lighting to the toilet and mirror. Everything is automated, and the facilities are very clean. 2. What impressed me most was that the hairdryer here didn't feel cheap at all. 3. Although the space isn't as large as a typical hotel room, I found it perfectly suited for one person, and it would also feel cozy for two. It has a refined ambiance, which is quite rare. 4. This accommodation also provides shoe-shine cloths. The washing machine is great too, and comes with a dryer. 5. It's very close to all the nearby attractions, so you won't spend much on taxis. You can basically walk or take the subway. 6. The mattress and duvet are incredibly comfortable! I slept very well! In every aspect, I feel it rivals hotels priced around 200 (the space might be a drawback, but for those who love a cozy feel, it's an excellent choice). 7. The milk tea and fruit juice at the front desk are delicious! Definitely worth trying. The hotel's fragrance isn't a cheap one; it's pleasant and not overpowering. 8. It's also worth mentioning their shampoo and toiletries; they left my hair feeling smooth, not frizzy. While not big brands, for a hotel, they're quite good. Cons: 1. ”No disposable bath towels”: Even though it's newly opened and the room is thoughtfully decorated with some small amenities (shoe-shine cloths, disposable toilet seat covers), the cost of disposable bath towels in bulk should be very low. Perhaps the owner considered the cost (or didn't want to use cheap disposable bath towels), but I think for someone who is a bit of a clean freak, this is quite important. After all, even if the towels provided by the hotel are disinfected, if the previous guest used them to wipe their feet or bottom, I'd still be hesitant to use them on my face. Disposable bath towels would solve this problem perfectly. 2. The washing machine and dryer should be clearly labeled (though perhaps I just didn't notice). Initially, I couldn't tell the difference between them, and only figured it out after looking at the buttons. 3. I once stayed at a chain hotel where the cleaning staff noticed I had a mouse, and when I returned to my room, they had placed a mouse pad for me. However, LBED didn't provide this. If this hotel's service were a bit more attentive, it might be even more popular. I sincerely wish the owner of this hotel a thriving business. I will definitely book this hotel again if I visit the area in the future.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right at the entrance of Dongguan Street and next to the bus station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The Ancient Canal boat tours are just across the street. We felt the hotel's great service even before we arrived, as they proactively communicated about our arrival time. When we did get there, the staff were so warm and attentive. Our room package included afternoon tea and breakfast, both of which were excellent. They even provided complimentary fruit and offered late-night snacks. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Despite being right by a bustling area, the room was very quiet, and they even provided earplugs, so I slept wonderfully. I'll definitely be back to this hotel on my next trip to Yangzhou!

Our whole family loved staying at Andu Hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; seeing we had seniors with us, they proactively arranged a quiet room on a lower floor. The room itself was spacious with great natural light, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which made for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good, with a variety of options and lighter flavors. The hotel's location is super convenient for dining and shopping. They offer free laundry and drying, a gym, and parking, making it very family-friendly. All the staff were polite and gentle, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout our stay. It's much more practical than many 'influencer' hotels – I genuinely recommend it! 😊

Our stay at InterContinental Nanjing was fantastic. On the day of check-in, Luanne added me on WeChat and enthusiastically asked about our needs. Everything was perfectly arranged, and she checked in with us daily to ensure our experience was good. It was truly touching! Thumbs up! 👍 The room faced Xuanwu Lake, offering a wide, beautiful night view. We also went up to the 45th floor for some outdoor photos. All in all, InterContinental Nanjing is definitely worth revisiting! The hotel staff are highly professional and provide excellent service, and the housekeeping aunties are also very thoughtful, keeping the room clean and bright! Subway Lines 1 and 4 are just over a hundred meters away, and there are plenty of great food options nearby!

It's really great to find such a high-value hotel in this location. The lovely lady at the front desk was so thoughtful; seeing that we had a child, she upgraded us to a family room for free. Although the decor is a bit old, the room is very spacious, cozy, and clean. A special thanks to the kind front desk staff – we'll definitely stay at your hotel again next time we visit Nanjing!

Right across from Nanchan Temple, the location is super convenient. There are tons of street food options nearby, perfect for all you foodies out there. Nanchang Street is also just about a 10-minute walk away. The picture shows the beautiful night water view, which is right by the hotel. The room itself was simple, clean, and absolutely great.
