The hotel is located just a few minutes from Mirbat - at a good time of Salalah. Adeeb was excellent at the service he provided, fantastic customer service and excellent communication throughout. Nacim shouldn’t have been there but was an honour meeting such individuals who provided nothing but exceptional, outstanding hospitality , respectful service and run the business / shift with excellent customer service care and support. "The location is slightly far from the town but it's just right beside the beach, if beach and ocean are your priority. Topnotch hospitality, especially staff from the restaurant. Breakfast was awesome, and we also ordered room service for dinner, which was equally good. Access to the aqua park was convenient with hourly shuttle bus. The aqua park itself is not huge, for adults, not much thrilling activities available and 1 hour is more than sufficient. Our room comes with jacuzzi but sea view has been blocked by the coconut tree right in front of the balcony. Request for upper floors if you prefer greater views."

"The room was clean, also environment was really relaxing. I gotta highlight the employees of hotel. Like Emon, Ann, Sameh and so on. Those people was made this trip perfectly. Also if you like Peking duck, you have to try Silk Road restaurant roast duck. Is much cheaper than Dubai and tastes so so good. Thanks for everyone."

"The hotel is located an hour away from the airport. It is located in the distance of everything, i.e. to get out of the territory nowhere. The rooms are located in the main building and in separate standing houses. Unfortunately, when we were inhabited in the five-star hotel room, there was no shoe, no dressing room, no accessories. They were brought only after the request. Food is quite uniform and scarce. For food, a queue is lined. Staff is not able to clean tables for visitors , drinks are easier to take by themselves than wait for them to be brought. Drinks are served only in a strictly devoted time from 12 to 15 in a bar at the pool and from 12 to 18 on Fridays. In a cafe in the lobby everything is paid. At the same time, exchange of money on the resepshne counter is impossible , you need to go to a shop where you must buy something. The beach is a little far away - you can get to the baggage or walk. Sometimes there are not enough lying on the beach. No animation, only Italian for Italians. For Italians a separate restaurant. Staff friendly, on the counter the resepshin speak Russian. Overall , staying in the hotel is quite comfortable. White sand and lasurious sea smoothed out the shortcomings."

"Hotel is in a good location about 5/7 minutes from the airport. It’s a resort, on the 1st floor of Gardens Mall Salalah. We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc). We got in touch with trio who were extremely helpful, the entire team, promptly. Had this been a European company, god help us, honestly (we all know when it comes to the crunch, not majority live up to their sales pitch). We took it upon ourselves also and had a word with the manager regarding this issue, who was happy to upgrade us to a very good room. We did spend a night in the standard room but it was still a very decent room. As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access). Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over). Would we stay there again? Yes, we would but make sure you check which room you are booking. Hats off to trip.com for being there with us all the way. The beach is a taxi ride away, the picture here is from Al Haffah beach and the frankincense being sorted by workers from Bangladesh. Remember to buy your Lubaan from salalah for cheaper and better quality. Thank you to Amjad and the manager for the upgrade. Ma Salaama"

"Easy to reach, with ample parking, opposite the shopping center and surrounded by restaurants, hairdressers, and shops. The rooftop pool is perfect. Completely soundproof despite being next to the road."

"Great hotel in a new tourist area, but very clean and perfect for relaxation (except the guests of the very large neighborhoods that stole early in the morning all the rests on the beach which must be absolutely improved, But we went soon:) pleasant breakfast without too many people with the kind Nerage and the excellent chef Moataz who prepared eggs in any way always excellent! We had a nice view of the sea, but some nights the music was feeling a little high, the cloaks are not very good and even the door of the room let the noise of the general conditioning plant enter, But he was not more than so irritating to us, a special mention of the always careful and smile Rasha and Murad for gentleness and excellent cleaning."

"The worst accommodation experience during my trip to Oman. There were no traditional Arabic coffee and dates for a welcoming service. The bellboy was very patient with the luggage and helped deliver it to the room. I booked a stay with breakfast, but the front desk didn't inform me about the restaurant. I was almost overcharged for breakfast. The service was terrible, and the variety of food was limited. I felt the salad area was unclean. These are mistakes even a two-star hotel wouldn't make. The most bizarre thing was a four-star hotel making customers share tables due to limited seating. After overbooking breakfast, the customer experience was significantly downgraded! I do not recommend staying here. If it weren't for the cheap price, I definitely wouldn't have chosen this place. It's a labeled four-star hotel. It has a good design, and the facilities are decent. Generally, service in Salalah is just average. The room was clean and tidy, and the design was functional. However, the soundproofing was poor. Around 11 PM, the guests upstairs kept moving furniture around."
