Hlavne Namestie which is also known as the main square in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. It is around 300 meters 3 minutes from Michael's Gate. It is one of the most well known squares in the Bratislava surrounded by some lovely buildings like palaces and embassies, fountains and interesting monuments. Old Town Hall is the oldest city hall in the country and one of the oldest stone buildings still standing in Bratislava which was built around 1370. The Roland fountain which is also known as the Maximilian fountain, constructed in 1572 to provide a public water supply, The fountain is topped by a statue of Maximilian portrayed as a knight in full armor. There are some interesting statues like Schone Naci, Napoleon's Army Soldier, Strazna budka and the most interesting Cumil the sewer worker. The city installed a warning sign just above Cumil's head. After exploring the landmarks, you can have a drink at the Starbucks outlet which is overlooking the square.
